Walk Softly, Connecticut! Democrat Crime Is Here To Stay

 In the past week that was, there were a series of raids performed by National Immigration Control and Enforcement (“ICE”) with the object of removing illegal aliens from the once-proud working city of Danbury, CT. The political responses across the aisle were so predictable, you could set your watch to them.

“These reports of abusive tactics, excessive use of force, detention of US citizens and possible harm to individuals who were taken into custody and thrown into unmarked vans by masked agents, and then confined in inhumane conditions are deeply troubling, and the reason that I have asked for an investigation,” (Senator Richard Blumenthal-Democrat).

“I don't like the idea that we don't have an immigration system that works, but I will not sit here and blame ICE agents who are not elected officials, who have no say in that process and are simply out doing the job that they're directed to do, enforcing the laws that Congress has enacted,” State Rep. Greg Howard (R-Stonington) said.

 

Once again, Democrats are investigating law enforcement tactics while positioning criminals as victims — a predictable development,” they wrote. “Rather than undermining the men and women who enforce our laws, [Blumenthal] should step away from the cameras and focus on solutions to the illegal immigration crisis he and his Democratic colleagues in Washington not only ignored but allowed to worsen throughout the Biden presidency.”( State House Republican Leader Vincent Candelora).

Notwithstanding the predictability of the above prepared responses, I struggle with a critical premise across all of them. Each side of the aisle believes that there is a “solution needed to the illegal immigration crisis.” However, what you, I, and every sane and right-thinking and taxpaying citizen in the State of Connecticut saw was the perfect and almost pure operation of Federal law in action: Illegal persons were in the country and were strongly and efficiently removed by the powers of Federal enforcement to make communities safe and free for all. Even though the fault of this massive government failure rests at the feet of Democrats, I struggle with what is so difficult for all sides of the political world to understand here?

 

Let us take a bit of time to tell everyone how this is really designed to work.

 

We can begin with this question: What is Federal Law? There is clear confusion in Connecticut and especially with the Connecticut Democrat Party as to what Federal law is. Federal laws are rules that apply throughout the United States-these are laws that are written by our Federal Government and apply in every state, like it or not. The United States Constitution is the supreme law of the land and unbelievably no other state law or regulation can conflict with it. Especially, hastily passed state laws such as the (God-Forsaken) “Trust Act” have no power whatsoever over what the Federal government can do with respect to ICE operations. We remain in this mess because immigration laws were broken and not enforced by the Biden Administration from 2021 to 2024 and have now led us to actually enforcing Federal laws on immigration.

Even though there is plenty of political blame to go around in this situation, all of us in Connecticut have become used to the stale and incompetent United States Senators Richard Blumenthal and Chris Murphy yelling from their bully socialist pulpit, in front of the obedient and starry-eyed state run media, as they wail against all law enforcement officials that are trying to do their jobs.   Not one word was mentioned from either Senator about the failed Biden Administration unleashing an  onslaught of illegal people/criminals/drug traffickers/and murderers that were welcomed in open arms by the sick people who ran the corrupted Biden Administration. This was an Administration with a figurehead that was sick, feeble, incontinent, and mentally incompetent that was dressed up to supposedly be the President of the United States. Our fools, better known as US Senators encouraged the lawlessness and criminal behaviors of these freeloaders and never once, for the good of the United States of America, demanded the removal of this sick and feeble man on grounds of competency and general principle.

They simply, do not care about you or your welfare.

 But as we fast-forward to today, maybe in Connecticut someone, (anyone), could get "outraged" at Ned Lamont, William Tong or insert Democrat politician name here______ for their remarks about the recent legal law enforcement/ICE operation in Danbury, CT this week to rid the state of illegal immigrants who are in the state. Here are some of their remarks; ...Lamont said his office is coordinating with groups like DUFI (“Danbury Unites for Immigrants”) to help ensure community members can access legal resources and other help. He also had a message for the Trump administration: “At a convening of governors earlier this year, after the tragic results of ICE’s presence in Minneapolis, President Trump told us he would not be sending ICE into cities that did not ask for the help,” Lamont said in a statement. “Let me be clear: Connecticut does not want, nor do we need, the type of presence ICE has had in our state this week.” (https://www.ctpublic.org/news/2026-08-26/ct-officials-pledge-support-immigrant-advocates-danbury-ice-detainments). My question to this failed governor is, if ICE were not needed in the once proud and working city of Danbury, CT, why are there so many “bad hombres” and otherwise illegal people needing to be removed?

Many are amazed at the intensity and enthusiasm that the Connecticut Democrat Party places in defending criminals and crimes in the state. Many are amazed at the love that the Connecticut Democrat Party has for breaking the rules of law and defending criminals while condemning the innocent and victims of crimes. From the Bridgeport Voter Fraud that continues there daily and with impunity to the non-profit scandals of elected officials, or the massive nightly car thefts to the massive costs of illegal immigrants for Connecticut Taxpayers, crime is the norm in the state. This is the record that Ned Lamont and his Connecticut Democrat Party are running for re-election on. This is the record that they are proud to offer those who live their lives by the rule of law and pay one of the highest rates of taxation in the country- a criminal infested sewer of social and economic failure for all to see. And regardless, Ned Lamont is an odds-on favorite (or failure) to preside over Connecticut over four more years and further drive this once great state into irreparable damage and chaos.

 

Mind us all, the responsibility for this grievous failure of governance is the result of failed and wretched one-party rule over decades. However, to be clear and fair, increasing right thinking Connecticut citizens are expecting a strong Republican pushback towards this poisonous Democrat attitude and frankly are seeing none of that. My advice for those who remain in Connecticut is simple-walk softly and have eyes behind your head. Crime and criminals are the new norm for the state. The Connecticut Democrat Party has morphed into a sickening and vile structure of both mental and physical abuse of those brave citizens who want to live an orderly life following the rules of law and the state, as Republicans, short in the intestinal fortitude department, search for a “solution” that is here, working, and present. Crime pays for the Connecticut Democrat Party, as voter fraud, illegal citizen fraud and theft are abundant for the taking with no repercussions whatsoever. Federal law is the rule of the land except to those who hate our country like those lawless carpetbaggers better known as Ned Lamont and his Connecticut Democrat Party.

August 11, 2026. The Primary To Nowhere

 Rumor had it that King Ned Lamont the Unaccountable, the 89th Governor of the once-great state of Connecticut, participated in a primary election that recently damaged the singularly-uninspiring Democrat Socialist/Communist Josh Elliott by beating him with brute force in the August 11 Democrat Primary. As literally every state union, state-supported adjunct, corrupted NGO, and bought-off church and community group of color was ready to do their trained-dog act to remain on the food chain, the dull Mr. Elliott had no chance, and conceded his loss like a misbehaving puppy asking to be placed in his master’s good graces. For such an Academy Award winning performance, I am sure Mr. Elliott will be rewarded with a state-paid nonjob in the extremely near future just to show us all how balanced and inclusive The Unaccountable is to all persons and viewpoints, your tax dollars, be damned.

 

But how is any of this surprising? Ned desperately needs his job for family business and will continue to throw around your taxpayer money to ensure that the Lamont's Hedge Fund Cash Machine is safe until the end of his term  or another four years of ripping off Connecticut Taxpayers. He must now face a form of reality with a young Republican candidate running against him with his failed economic policies that have placed Connecticut last in many economic categories and first in the highest taxes in the country. But who cares if you subsist or  do quite well on the state dollar? And who pays attention to that. especially Connecticut's obedient state-run media and the politically connected of the Connecticut Democrat Party as the greatest offenders of public decency?

And why worry? Why even bother to have an election? Polls from everywhere and anywhere the stoic media has been already declaring Lamont the victor! And why not? Just continue to hand free taxpayers monies to the state-run media to keep them "viable", pay for unlimited abortions, parrot anti-ICE rhetoric, ignore high electric rates, high fuel oil prices and most importantly continue with an unlimited source of Connecticut Taxpayer funded revenue for the Oak HC/FT hedge fund profits funneled through state funded nonprofits and shady outfits such as the boiler-room “Connecticut Innovations.” 

Doesn't this sound familiar? Haven't we seen this for eight long years? Why does the smarmy cloak of legitimacy from both sides of the aisle continue towards Ned Lamont with no complaint about any of this?

But this is a familiar scenario, as truth and reality are not known to Ned Lamont and his Connecticut Democrat Party. The lies they spew are parroted as truth by the state-run media and Connecticut Taxpayers are always shortchanged. One genuine issue that does not get addressed is voter fraud which many know is rampant in state elections, especially in Bridgeport. Just recently,  more absentee ballot fraud hit Crime Free Democrat Bridgeport with allegations of  former state Sen. Dennis Bradley with voter intimidation and absentee ballot misconduct, but who is actually counting? Just another nodding performance by a Democrat Party appointed judge and the usual brushing aside of voter fraud by the Democrats. A young man named Jonathan De Barros has simple questions about his Congressional primary defeat that are  clear but remain unanswered and avoided. Given the number of incidents, it is hard not to conclude that voter fraud in Democrat Connecticut has influenced and effected both local and state elections especially in crime riddled and corrupted Bridgeport. But again, who cares, since it somehow it is never prosecuted nor challenged except by a few brave voters who believe in integrity of our scared election process. The fact remains that your vote does count unbelievably and must count, except obviously in Bridgeport, where the system does not care what you think.

But there is a sanity test here. Why would Lamont and his Connecticut Democrat Party be winning in the polls supposedly, given the horrific economic conditions in Connecticut and the extreme hatred shown for him on social media and uncontrolled environments? His reign has given us a state that has massive debt and unfunded liabilities along with high local and state taxes, massive state spending for state employee wages, benefits, and pensions, along with a poor infrastructure, rampant crime, and a horrific business climate? Why would anyone continue to vote for this deficient social and economic mess? And now, Lamont must contend with the failed lies of the new and improved Democrat Socialists that have taken over most of the failed aspects of this horrific morass called the Democrat party and appease these socialists at every turn since he must remain in office at all costs, especially when you are paying the costs.

But what really happened in this primary? Nothing. Nothing at all. Nothing has happened to want to make any sane person, who believes in Democracy and Capitalism to want to vote for these failures called successes in 2026. The Democrat Party continues to fail Connecticut and its big cities daily, and will bribe, cajole, and throw your money to remain exactly where they are. There are massive drug abuse problems, murders on the streets of formerly safe city areas, massive crime, massive social problems, and massive corruption everywhere you look in the state. The Democrat Party owns these issues and refuses to accept blame nor offer any solutions to them. It is just more, more of the same failed rhetoric that is spewed from top to bottom.

Yes, Ned Lamont won on Tuesday. And he is an odds-on favorite to remain exactly where he is for at least another four years. The only thing that would ever change that is a consistent and super-charged effort to drive him, his ilk, his incompetence, his spouse, and his cronies from power. But to do so would take boldness, courage, and vision which is tough to come by from a large supplicant and questionable voter base and a comfortable opposition party that does not blister and batter this reprehensible conduct daily and embrace viewpoints contrary to its  failed modus operandi.

 Elections 2026. It is the Last Chance Saloon for Connecticut. I pray to God people are seeing this for what it really, is and act accordingly.

Pay No Attention To The Man Behind The Curtain! The Eight-Year Fantasy Reign of Governor Ned Lamont

 The eight years of the fantasy reign of King Ned Lamont the Unaccountable as Governor of the State of Connecticut can best be summed up by this dialogue from the 1939 classic film “The Wizard Of Oz”

The Wizard (booming voice, as the giant head):

“Do not arouse the wrath of the great and powerful Oz! I said come back tomorrow!”

 

Dorothy:

“If you were really great and powerful, you’d keep your promises!”

The Wizard (still booming):

“Do you presume to criticize the great Oz? You ungrateful creatures! Think yourselves lucky that I’m giving you audience tomorrow instead of 20 years from now!”

(Toto pulls back the green curtain, revealing the ordinary man working the levers and speaking into a microphone.)

The Wizard (startled, still trying to maintain the booming voice):

“Oh! … The great Oz has spoken!”

(He tries to close the curtain.)

“Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain! The great Oz has spoken!”

(Dorothy pulls the curtain fully open.)

Dorothy:

“Who are you?”

The Wizard (first booming, then dropping to his normal voice):

 This 90-year old classic snippet of dialogue from "The Wizard Of Oz" describes the reign of King Governor Ned Lamont The Unaccountable perfectly, but for one item: While “Most Popular” Governor Ned Lamont may get an A+ in the categories of wonder and achievement courtesy of his state-run hack media stable, he differs from The Wizard in that in actuality, he is both a bad man and a bad governor.

Pick any sycophantic state-run media outlet or print publication in Connecticut, and you will get the same tale concerning Ned Lamont. There is economic magic in Connecticut! It is due to an amazing run of all sorts of the Democrat Party pulling economic rabbits out of their hats by the one and only, King Ned Lamont, the Unaccountable! In a recent news article that read like a campaign press release written by the Connecticut Democrat Party, somehow there is no longer any unfunded liabilities to the Connecticut State Pension System.  This is due to the magic of King Ned and his over taxation of Connecticut Taxpayers to create fiscal balloon surpluses.

This particular version of sycophantic blather was never parroted until the Lamont versus Socialist/Communist Josh Elliott primary. As someone who has studied the and written about the Connecticut State Debt for decades, I am truly amazed by these farcical statements.  When one tries to understand Connecticut State's Debt, one may be overwhelmed by the spider web of deceptions and untruths that have been force fed to Connecticut Taxpayers over the years. For to even get at what the real state debt is truly a challenge.

One thing the sycophants and lackeys will never tell you is that there are many aspects to Connecticut's debt that include long term and short-term bonding of different debts along with billions in unfunded liabilities that state taxpayers are liable for. This chorus of magpies would never tell you that Connecticut has one of the highest ratios of debt functions in the country along with one of the highest local and state tax burdens simultaneously. Few even understand this is happening. Connecticut State workers have one of the highest wage, benefit, and pension structures in the country accounting for over $11 billion dollars this past year out of state budget or roughly $27 billion dollars.  This is roughly 41% of Connecticut's state budget. Other examples include a 17.15% Debt to Gross Domestic Product ratio. This is a ratio calculated by dividing total debt by annual economic output, reflecting Connecticut's ability to pay back what it owes. And business development and economic opportunity? Connecticut has a population of roughly 3.6 million people of which over 380,000 are on Food Stamps which is over 10% of the state's population (https://www.usdebtclock.org/state-debt-clocks/state-of-connecticut-debt-clock.html). Of course if you can make your own way, you do not need government food subsidies. But! (but) isn't the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development leading the charge into the Mojo-driven Lamont universe? Roughly two billion dollars has been siphoned from state coffers into varying socialistic scam spending during the Reign of Lamont. Continuing from the above news article/press release: “I think people are taking a second look at Connecticut” because of this fiscal dedication, Lamont said this week. “They say, ‘They’ve got their act together.’” 

How did Connecticut ever get its act together with crushingly high state debt and 41% of the budget just going to salaries, benefits, and pensions, coupled with Wizard of Oz-like budget surpluses caused by Democrat Party over taxation?

However, no state-produced lie is ever complete without a benchmark reference to the failed leaders of the past. Here, the reference is to good old Former Governor Dan Malloy, who ran on a platform of “no new taxes. When elected that lie was forgotten about. Again, from the “above news article/press release: “(Malloy) took an issue that was [behind] closed doors … and really put it out there for people to understand the level of the problem,” said Joe Aresimowicz, the House speaker during the last two years of Malloy’s tenure and first two of Lamont’s. “It takes a different kind of human being to stand up in front of hundreds of people night after night, knowing that they disagree with you, knowing that they’re angry, knowing that they’re going to yell at you, and you keep doing it anyway,” said Roy Occhiogrosso, a senior adviser and campaign strategist for Malloy. “And it was because he believed deeply that you cannot fix the massive problems that he inherited unless you educate people about them first.” “In Dan Malloy’s defense, he was the first guy to at least make the current [pension] payments,” the governor said, “and I respect him for that.” Malloy’s tax hikes forced high earners to pay more..."Lamont ultimately closed his deficit by raising some business taxes and by canceling some sales tax exemptions and previously approved tax cuts that hadn’t taken effect yet. He was spared from increasing the state income tax, which carried the biggest political risk."

None of these characters of the state’s storied past will ever tell you that Malloy's legacy was one of making Connecticut's State Income Tax one of the most progressive in the country to fuel much higher state spending under the guise of paying down state debt. For such a destructive reign of fiscal irresponsibility. Malloy's payoff was getting a political nonjob in Maine via his financial glad-handing of Maine-based Jackson Labs. And when the state pays the freight, no news article is complete without painting Lamont as a discernable improvement over the failures of the past.

But wait! Here’s More! More confirmation of the Lamont economic brilliance is a recent report from Reason Foundation (https://reason.org/commentary/cts-pre-k-endowment-diverts-pension-dollars/). From this report,  Connecticut’s Early Childhood Education Endowment (ECEE) was created to further the state’s efforts to subsidize early childhood education. The goal is commendable. Childcare is expensive, and surely many families in Connecticut could benefit from additional support.

But the financing structure of this endowment is troubling. It redirects surplus dollars that would otherwise have gone toward paying down Connecticut’s severely underfunded public pension systems, setting up the state for future problems.

Connecticut already funds early childhood education through its operating budget. The state approved $418 million for fiscal year 2026 and $443 million for fiscal year 2027, separate from the endowment. These funds are part of the regular budget process, where spending is debated, appropriated, and subject to the state’s fiscal guardrails.

The endowment is different. Starting in fiscal year 2026, it is set to receive any unappropriated General Fund surpluses once the Budget Reserve Fund is at its statutory cap. Before the endowment was created, those surpluses would have continued to support additional contributions to pay the state’s massive pension system debt that is owed to public workers.

Connecticut’s State Employees Retirement System and State Teachers’ Retirement System have a combined unfunded liability of $31.5 billion. These are not optional obligations. These are pension benefits already earned by public employees that are legally binding claims on future state revenues.

Unfunded pension obligations are among the state’s most expensive fiscal risks. When pension funding falls short, the state forgoes investment earnings that would have accrued on contributed assets, increasing long-term costs, and shifting a larger burden to future taxpayers. For decades, Connecticut did exactly that, using funding practices that lowered near-term budget pressure while pushing debts and costs into the future.

But didn’t the above news article/press release tell us Lamont wiped out debt? If that is the case, how is it possible that a mere $31 billion dollars plus in unfunded pension liabilities exists in one place alone? Who is telling the truth? Who is lying? I highly doubt it is Democrat Governor Ned Lamont through his state-run media.

True money does not lie. Connecticut, depending on your periscope, still has $100,000,000,000 to $150,000,000,000 billion dollars in short- and long-term debt along with unfunded liabilities. It has moved billions over dollars off budget over the years  and hidden that from public view and comment. Connecticut gives away your tax dollars freely and without oversight through nontransparent agencies such as the Department of Economic and Community Development, which really should be eliminated and via myriad non-profits that no one in elected government wants to stop funding. Connecticut remains a fiscal mess with high debt, high taxes, and a poor business climate.

If you do not mind being ripped off daily, by all means keep voting for incompetent Democrats who are running in November. If you do not mind living in an economic and unaffordable economic sewer where there are few places you can grow and advance, keep voting for incompetent Democrats who are running in November. If you like busting your rear-end to feed the masses, illegal aliens and the entitled, keep voting for incompetent Democrats who are running in November. If you like all the daycare opportunities in-state but have no idea as to how much grift and fraud you are supporting since no politician anywhere cares, keep voting for incompetent Democrats who are running in November. If you want a genuine growing economy that attracts winners rather than a state-supported morass that attracts only politicians, keep voting for incompetent Democrats that are running in November. If you like serial crime and mere lip-service by police agencies to stop the crime as lip-service is all that is allowed, keep voting for incompetent Democrats who are running in November.

 

Maybe, just maybe this election could finally be different if voters see the economic light of darkness that is Ned Lamont and his political hacks who rule Connecticut with an iron fist.

 

Connecticut: Where The Biggest Criminal Is The Government

It is staggering to me and to many others how mired Connecticut participates in various forms of crime of all types, where little to nothing is ever done to cause the perpetrators to account. Moreover, several types of activity such as gambling, weed, and abusive practices with children in educational settings have been made “legal”, regardless of their deleterious effects on the citizenry. Sophisticated patterns of self-dealing, larceny, and financial fraud from high-ranking government officials are as much of a hallmark of the Great Nutmeg State as New Haven Pizza. 

But as the crimes mount and the nationwide shock grows at yet another Connecticut crime, scam, or embarrassment, one thing is for sure:

Crime is simply a way of life in Connecticut, and the biggest criminal, is the state government.

Let’s start with something we are all familiar with. Death. Death is an everyday occurrence in the state of Connecticut. Some deaths are caused by criminals and crime. One such example, which could have been avoided was the senseless death of off-duty Bridgeport Police Officer Cooper Whiteside,  who was only 38, years old  and passenger Brittany Islami, only 34 years old. Ms. Islami had three children who now have no mother. They were killed by a Melissa Ramirez, who allegedly had a had a blood alcohol content almost twice the legal limit (https://www.wtnh.com/news/connecticut/fairfield/womans-bac-almost-twice-the-legal-limit-in-crash-that-killed-bridgeport-police-officer-girlfriend-in-danbury-warrant/). What was not reported in this state-run media article, (nor, as of the time of this writing was even mentioned by ANY candidate or elected official),  was that Ramirez, was an illegal alien. The Department of Homeland Security confirmed in a statement to The New York Post that Ramirez was in the country illegally. (https://nypost.com/2026/07/29/us-news/illegal-migrant-allegedly-killed-connecticut-cop-and-his-girlfriend-in-dui-crash/). This a person who was here illegally, did not have a Connecticut driver’s license according to the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles, and a substance issue. It is interesting to note that there was little mention in Connecticut's mainstream state-run media as to Ramirez being in our country illegally, because in Connecticut crime is a way of life, and Connecticut is the paterfamilias Criminal.

Would you like a cherry for your sundae? In Plantsville CT, on July 20, a motorcyclist was surrounded during a "Rideout". A "Rideout" is where hundreds of riders of all ages join in, often coordinated through social media and the riders will usually block out public streets and roads from legal users. It is extremely popular in Connecticut and law enforcement officials somehow are never proactive in stopping Rideout’s.  In this “Rideout,” a 58-year-old man on motorcycle was blocked in, was robbed of his cellphone, and was stabbed in the back with screwdrivers allegedly with Kevin Manuel Rodriguez, 20, of Waterbury, and a 13-year-old juvenile from Cheshire being the assailants.  

Rodriguez was charged with:

• Criminal attempt to commit first-degree assault.
• Conspiracy to commit first-degree assault.
• Second-degree assault
• Conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery.
• Second-degree riot
• Unlawful assembly
• Second-degree threatening
• Second-degree breach of peace

Police said Rodriguez was held on a $500,000 cash/surety bond and was scheduled to appear in New Britain Superior Court on Tuesday, July 21.

The juvenile was charged with:

• First-degree robbery
• Conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery.
• Fourth-degree larceny
• Third-degree assault
• Second-degree riot
• Unlawful assembly
• Two counts of second-degree breach of peace

The juvenile was transported to the Hartford Juvenile Detention Center under an "Order to Detain." There is little follow up information to this case and or to the health status of the man stabbed in the back with screwdrivers.

Two additional questions immediately come to mind for many and remain unanswered. They are Why are "Rideout’s" not being dealt with more aggressively by local Police and State Police as in one of their biggest priorities? And why was bail offered to Rodriguez in the first place for his despicable actions that almost killed an innocent man?

Of course, in Connecticut, such questions become redundant. Get over it, folks. Crime is simply a way of life in Connecticut, and the biggest criminal and enabler, is the state government.

Let us move on to what Connecticut is world-renown for. Voter Fraud! Voter fraud is rampant in Connecticut. Just look at Bridgeport, especially in their absentee ballots/mayor elections as being the model city for these crimes in the number of arrests that have taken place. Bridgeport as we know has a convicted felon as their mayor in "honest" Joe Ganim. Sadly, most arrested never do prison time but are granted probation for their crimes except for Ganim and his wholesale rape of the city. World-famous “ballot stuffer” Wanda Geter-Pataky, and Alfredo Castillo have until August 25th to accept a plea deal from their part in ballot tampering. Many are nervous as to what Wanda may tell (and on whom) on her way to copping a plea.

Reporter: “What about Joe Ganim?”

Castillo: “Yeah, he's our mayor.”  

Can it be possible that these two Democrat Party operatives were being told what to do by Joe Ganim and other Democrat Party operatives? Isn't this evidence conclusive that Democrat Party voter fraud is a major issue in the state and just never gets resolved? How can voters have confidence that their vote counts given this constant fraud including people in the state here illegally and voting in unascertainable numbers?

In the upcoming election in November, maybe just maybe voters  will realize that Connecticut has reached a breaking point. It has massive crime, massive voter fraud, massive local and state taxes, a crumbling infrastructure, a public educational system that no longer prepares students with functional life and work skills. It has a failed and arrogant state government and administrative state reeking of political nepotism and complete disregard for the Taxpayers who support this quagmire. It has elected officials robbing the state treasury by ostensible outright larcenists like Doug McCrory and Erin Stewart, or sophisticated criminals like those enabling Ned Lamont. It is a truly a Democrat Party controlled Kingdom enabled by a weak form of Republicanism, where the legal working class are the serfs supporting this self-appointed Monarchy of corruption and decline.

But let us be entirely clear, while many hands have made this debacle, the system is truly broken. And the ownership of this mess falls entirely upon the Democrat Party. Get ready for even more of the same in 2026 unless something drastically changes.

 

The Pharisee And The Publican- The Connecticut Democrat Version of 2026

Most people are familiar with the Biblical tale of the Pharisee and the Publican.

It goes something like this: Two men went up to the temple to pray: one a Pharisee (a member of a Jewish religious group known for strict observance of the Law) and the other a publican/tax collector (a figure often viewed as a sinner and collaborator with Roman authorities, despised).

 

• The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed: “God, I thank you that I am not like other people—robbers, evildoers, adulterers—or even like this tax collector. I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.”
•  
• The tax collector (publican) stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven but beat his breast and said, “God, have mercy on me, a sinner.”

In the Bible, two men came before God seeking him and one was able to approach God for mercy, being of a sincere heart. In the political theater of Connecticut, two men came before members of their party seeking primary votes. Sadly, both failed miserably as both projected no sense of sincerity whatsoever.

 

Welcome to the 2026 Democrat Version of the Pharisee and The Publican. 

 One, Josh Elliott wants to be the Governor of Connecticut so badly he can taste it. He demands your vote as any good Communist/Socialist Young Democrat demands. He confronted the Taxpayer funded Capitalist evil, enemy Governor Ned Lamont in a 45-minute debate held on July 22 on WTNH News 8 for all to see (https://www.wtnh.com/news/elections/lamont-elliott-spar-over-taxes-utility-costs-and-ice-mask-policy-in-news-8-debate/). And what a stale, scripted debate it was.  The same old, same old, tired failed Democrat policies echoed repeatedly. The agreed-to, (or network prepared?) questions were out of central casting.   No new ideas or logical thought provided.

 Elliott:  “We’re the second-most reliant state on the property tax, which is deeply regressive,” Elliott said Wednesday. “The only way we can fix this is through a fair tax structure, asking the wealthy to pay a commensurate amount, a fair amount.”  Hey Josh! how much are you going to charge the wealthy in taxes?  100%? 200%?  At what point do you think they will move out of your state and thus pay zero in Connecticut taxes as they have done in every other state except your own?  Have you seen anyone and or any business move into state to pay Connecticut taxes in your ten years of damaging public service as a State Representative? In fact, what businesses have moved in state, excepting those receiving 2% taxpayer-funded sweetheart loans from our should-be-abolished Department of Economic and Community Development? What experience do you have with said loans? Why don’t you ask your opponent Mr. Lamont about this type of 2% forgivable economic assistance as he is well familiar with multi-million-dollar fundings advanced to his wife’s investors via Sema-4 and the Digital Currency Group?  What have you done about any of this?  

Not much as your record of accomplishments in unrecognizable.

Elliott also stated: “When I see that I’m up against somebody who takes my message and does the Temu version of it, I find it deeply frustrating,” “The fact is, I’m glad we’re rowing the same direction, but not quite the same, and not quite the same velocity. We could do so much more here in Connecticut, and the fact is, we have to fight for fairness up and down the board.”  What is this fairness he is talking about? Political nepotism for Connecticut Democrat Party operatives as in Bridgeport? More low-income jobs, multi-unit housing, and supporting dependency on the backs of the remaining legitimate taxpayers in the state? More gender-affirming care for innocent children?

Lamont:  “He (Elliott) doesn’t have much of a track record to talk about,” Lamont said. “I could talk about minimum wage. I could talk about economic growth. I could talk about the money we got for education and what we’re doing for health care. So, it gave me a lot of material to work with.”  Corrupted Capitalist Lamont could answer questions on how much did his family's hedge fund profit from Infosys Limited, Digital Currency Group and its affiliates, "ADVANCECT", Boston Consulting Group, UNITE US (CT), Mt. Sinai Genomics, "Thermo Fisher Scientific", "Sema 4", " Core Informatics", "Ocrulus", "Urjanet", "1life Healthcare", "Galileo Health", "Castlight Health", "Paladina Health", "4-CT", and "VillageMD ““The Horsebarn Hill Investment Fund”, McKinsey, “CT Next”, and the Tidal River Fund, 'Baby Bonds portfolio, the UCONN Foundation, to name a few?  I wonder why the moderators of the debate nor Elliott did not bring these areas up. Also, why does the Boiler Room of Connecticut ("Connecticut Innovations") steadfastly refuse to release any information whatsoever on their portfolio holding “Yuma Asset Management?” Is it because it is directly related to that same Digital Currency Group, and neither you nor your wife ever really “got out” of that deal and you lied to the citizens as you are wont to do?

Or how about both candidates disclosing their Income tax returns? (Hey Josh! Be sure to ask for Annie’s separate return, especially the part of Schedule “B” that asks for locations of foreign investments such as the tax-free and secret Cayman Islands, an integral part of the Sema-4 debacle).

Lamont also added: “We’re getting our fiscal house in order, and we had some surpluses to allow us to pay down some of the pension debt,” Lamont said. “Now we have the resources we need to make some of the big investments to really make a difference in people’s lives.” But what are exactly these investments? More 2% loans? More throwing money in exchange for votes and gimmees? More picking of winners and losers? But who cares about Connecticut and its  $100 and $150 billion dollars in short and term debt along with unfunded liabilities? What is the plan to pay that off? Why are so many legal and illegal citizens on state taxpayer funded social aid? Why do you never seem to care about any of that?

 You could have predicted the rest of debate. More rhetoric, more theatrics, and more spins on one of the worst performing states economically in the country.  Are you excited about either Democrat Party candidate? I would venture to say no as both will end up increasing state spending, increasing taxes, do less to try to combat crime and take away more of your personal freedoms. It’s the same garbage force fed to you by the Connecticut Democrat Party and its state-run media since time immemorial. It is the same rhetoric and the same lies over and over again. And most insultingly, they believe that no one sees (or cares).

Yes, both candidates are "insincere" about representing Connecticut. Both candidates represent the powerful economic and social self-interests that have made them career politicians with zero accomplishments. One candidate desperately wants to be important and be a good socialist helping to tear apart our country and its very fabric of being. The current Governor is desperately trying to keep his family's Connecticut Taxpayer funded increase in wealth, through the biggest bunch of shell companies with zero transparency and the stock deer-in-the-headlights look whenever he is confronted with a question of self-dealing or leveraging the state for personal gain. Both are inept and both are unfit to serve the Connecticut Taxpayer. 

It is the 2026 Connecticut Democrat Version of the Pharisee and The Publican. The difference, is, neither Elliott or Lamont promises to repent, straighten up, and fly right.

 

CONNECTICUT: The House That Political Hacks Built

 At the close of the Second World War, there was a great migration from the southern states of the country to the coasts, along with a postwar baby boom. This influx of additional people caused well-meaning and thoughtful civic leaders to try to find ways to house this overflow of people and family growth. One solution was rental “projects housing,” creating small apartments of many sizes with attractive landscapes to give the residents a feeling of home. And the projects sprung up everywhere. Father Panik Village in Bridgeport, CT. Southfield Village in Stamford. Arnold Court in Greenwich, and the masterful Cabrini Green in Chicago, IL. Starting with visions of success, failure came. Combinations of the welfare system, the destruction of the nuclear family via that same welfare system, drugs, alcoholism, crime, and abandonment caused these projects to meet the wrecker’s ball, crumbling into the dust of needles and shell casings left long before. Families that stayed together followed the original intention of the projects and saved money and moved out to homes of their very own. City mismanagement caused the buildings to wear out much sooner than expected. Overall, it was a pitiful debacle, and the wrecker's ball was the punctuation ending this sad and failed chapter in history.

After this wasteful disaster of epic proportions, one sad lesson was learned: Housing provided without the opportunity of ownership and preserving one’s investment was invariably headed to ruin. However, developments such as New York’s “Co-Op City” and “Cooper Village” provided ownership and equity and have succeeded for decades. So, one would think that to provide success in housing other than abject failure, one would not try to do the exact same approach that failed decades ago and expect a different result.

A place where a chorus of political hacks always have a better idea!

A place where the wrong solution is chosen about every time, and where failure is gift wrapped to masquerade as success.

A place where the failed approaches of the recent past are brought out to the sycophantic and ignorant as "unprecedented".

A place where cries of an “affordable housing shortage”  have caused the serial building of monstrous apartment developments that stamp out any semblance of local zoning and community character, as we find these housing monstrosities are entirely unaffordable due to dead business and salary growth in Connecticut. Therefore these developments head to the express lane to be the Cabrini Greens and Father Panik Villages of the future.

A place where no decent and durable housing can be built as the combination of a dead economy, a welfare-state environment, contaminated zoning laws, and the sheer cost of doing so makes all that a losing proposition not worth the risk for any builder or contractor in his or her right mind.

But never fear! Whenever there is a social or community need that good old economic principles are not permitted to deal with, you can rest assured that a combination of politicians, community activists, “religious leaders”  grossly overpaid “nonprofit heads” and “housing advocates” will step in to make a bad result, even  unthinkably worse.

And worse leads to what we already know.

Housing affordability? For things to be affordable, people must be able to produce sufficient income in order to afford them. “Connecticut gets an "F" on housing affordability screams a recent headline so states a recent report by Realtor.com.”   Connecticut ranked 46th out of 50 in the report. The median household income is just over $95,000 per year in the state, and the median listing price for a home is just over $500,000. “We need more homes, we need more multifamily homes, those missing middle options. But really, we need a combination of all those strategies for Connecticut to catch up to our peers,” Chelsea Ross with Partnership for Strong Communities said. The report itself should be must reading for those running for office in the November election, presuming they possess the basic comprehension skills in order to do so. Housing is a complete debacle for Connecticut, in contrast to the billions of dollars that have and will be spent on the guise of "affordable housing". "If the top of the class reshuffled, the bottom barely moved at all. Connecticut (No. 46, F), California (No. 47, F), Hawaii (No. 48, F), Massachusetts (No. 50, F), and Oregon (No. 45, D-) all hold the same rankings as last year...These states face structural challenges such as high prices, constrained land, restrictive zoning, and building costs that far outpace what middle-income buyers can afford.     (https://www.realtor.com/research/state-report-cards-2026/)

What I find interesting is that the "non-profit" Partnership for Strong Communities” organization is quoted in the above news report. "The Partnership" has been in existence since 1998, and their website states the following: Since our founding, the Partnership has successfully advocated for more than $2.6 billion in public funding in Connecticut. These investments have helped build homes and deliver services to increase housing affordability, supply, access, and stability. We have engaged community, civic, and elected leaders to come together and imagine, plan and execute effective change and to create a new paradigm of thinking about housing. (https://pschousing.org/our-history/). Their finances are interesting also. Their Executive Director, Chelsea Marie Ross received $132,271 in compensation along $5,762 in "other" compensation in 2024 (their last published financial statements) (https://projects.propublica.org/nonprofits/organizations/200882009). Executive Compensation along with other Salaries and wages of $454,488 account for 54.3% of all expenses for this "non-profit". 

Many social-media users asking questions of, or making criticisms of "The Partnership" are quickly blocked because "The  Partnership", is imperious, and shame on us for not knowing that. Meanwhile, The State of Connecticut spends more than $1 billion dollars a year for programs such as the “Housing Trust Fund” and the “Time to Own” homebuyer program. After all, no amount of money is too large in order to deal with a "crisis".

Many find it fascinating that with the amount of Connecticut Taxpayer funded programs and "nonprofits" for "affordable housing" through tax credits, subsidies to municipalities and other programs, Connecticut continues its race to the bottom of both a shortage of housing and the affordability of housing. It is also important to note and is left out of the debate, is that Connecticut has one of the highest property rates in the country, with such rate increases attributable in many cases to waste, fraud, abuse, and duplication of services as opposed to consolidation. It is ranked third in the country for highest property tax rates with a real estate tax rate of about 1.54% to 1.66% of a property's assessed value. The logical question would be wouldn't the lowering of property tax rates in turn lower property and rental costs? That simple question seems lost in the race to control zoning by an elite political few, who, while living in their Greenwich mansions, demand a lower standard of housing that they can profit from in the guise of "affordable housing" while, (like Ned and Annie Lamont with Annie’s equity interest in benefit provider “Unite Us”), can sit back and reap the benefits of this obfuscation and exploitation of the relative underclass.  

There are many free-market solutions to lower the costs of housing and rents in Connecticut. The solutions have worked before and will work today. However, since the "non-profit affordable housing" industry is drive by profit and control and facilitated by overpaid bureaucrats, professional panderers. and Executive Directors, these solutions will never be mentioned. Connecticut's ruling Democrat elite savor and profit by bottom-feeding off the pitiful economic conditions that exist in the state while not paying the debts they create, thereby adding to the $100-150 billion dollars in short- and long-term debt and unfunded liabilities. Meanwhile a cacophony of activists, do-gooders, and suffering Sams and Sallies are quick to call anyone a racist, (or even worse, a Trump supporter), for calling this horrific mess to task.

 

One really does not need to read a report or listen to the comments of this chorus of failure to understand what is really happening. Just see what is happening around you. And to the cacophony of the hacks, just keep it up.  For it is certain that if they keep it up, housing will never be affordable in this state. 

86-47. The Battle Plan In Democrat-Driven Politics.

 In the political hellscape that is America, 2026, finding real leadership anywhere is a challenge at best. Sadly, this leadership crisis is most acute in the present Democrat party, where a casual observation reveals an organization bereft of principles and morals doing anything that it can to win, even if it means embracing a toxic abusive Nazi like Graham Platner in Maine or a blithering hyperbolic idiot like Sen. Chris Murphy of Connecticut. Cities and states exist in danger and destruction under the reigns of people like Kathy Hochul in New York and Ned Lamont in Connecticut. Gone are the days of fine Democrats like President John F. Kennedy and Harry Truman. These gentlemen could not exist in the morass of chaos, cheating, destruction, and hate that is the Democrat brand today.

 Hence, what specifically describes the Democrat brand today? 86-47. (Expletive) Trump. That summarizes the Democrat Party in Connecticut and America today. The Democrat Party represents something that would have been unimaginable 20 years ago. Lost is debate and vision and creative participation in solving problems and strengthening the country. Because if it involves anything at all that has been positively brought about by the 47^th President of the United States, it needs to be cursed and stomped to pieces. 86-47. That is all that matters. And may the devil strike the person dead who thinks otherwise.

The Democrat Party in 2026 represents the following:

The endorsement and embracing of Socialist and Communist political/social positions rather than freedom and democracy.

A murderous hatred of all things President Trump, the Republican Party and any dissenting opinion to their failed Socialist and Communist political/social positions.

Unchecked illegal immigration with immediate Taxpayer funded support exceeding Social Security payments for many legal citizens that have worked their entire life and paid taxes.

Acceptable violent clashes by left wing paid political protestors against law enforcement officials and ICE (Immigration Control and Enforcement) and detention centers are a new form of entertainment by the Democrat Party. 

Meaningless and fraudulent elections with the counting of ballots made by dead people and other illegal voters that only end when the chosen Socialist Democrat candidate has won.

Fraudulent voter rolls that may not be inspected by any governing agency.

A legal system that protects the criminal, and disregards the victims of crime.

Laws that no longer apply to the Democrat Party.

The encouragement of keeping mentally deranged individuals on the streets to attack, murder and or commit crimes against innocent law-abiding citizens.

The promotion of homeless drug dens in full view of all on prominent Democrat Party run city streets. 

Open injections, public defecation, and the use of innocent dogs as drug experiments is perfectly acceptable, and must be viewed as normal.

Rampant fraud and crime in Taxpayer funded programs and "nonprofits" that will help benefit those politically connected to the shameless Democrat Party. The amount fraud taking place in our country is a large reason why we have a National Debt of over $39 Trillion dollars.

 A bought and paid-for state run media that will blindly follow whatever the Democrats want them to say (or not say).

You may wonder how the above-described horrors exist in America 2026? It is simple. 86-47. (Expletive) Trump. That is all that matters. So, does it matter at all that many poor babies will be born and will not have parents setting up free “Trump Accounts” with a $1,000 free deposit to work as a first step to provide significant capital to them on their 18^th Birthday? Does it matter if an inept state like Connecticut is one week away from the Federal “Opportunity Zone” deadline and will not declare regions in state that could take the first step to free themselves from perpetual urban decay? Does it matter that spineless and useless Republicans in states like Connecticut do not take a first step in campaigning on these incredible benefits that can be life changing to the people of the state? Suffice it to say it does not matter. What does matter is 86-47. Trump must die so all can live. The Democrat Party is truly the Cancer of America in 2026. Their reign of terror is unstoppable.

The Connecticut Democrat Party is in the same frenzy. United States Senator Chris Murphy is running around the country promoting his new failed book and handing out money to leftist organizations. Attorney General William Tong is making a career of suing the Trump Administration over everything and everything as several prominent local Republicans pander to him and seek his “bipartisan” friendship while they are photographed at events. Socialist-Leftist Liberal Governor Candidate Josh Elliott apparently does not wish to pay a "Living Wage" in the two stores he owns but decries why the minimum wage is not higher. Governor Ned Lamont, if he truthfully has nothing to hide as he drones on, refuses to disclose financial statements and anything relating to his family's hedge fund and their past profiting from Connecticut Taxpayer funded no bid contracts and forgiven loans.  Weekly, many ask for answers to the Lamont's involvement in "Thermo Fisher Scientific", "Sema 4", " Core Infomatics", “Centrellis”. "Ocrulus", "Urjanet", "1life Healthcare", "Galileo Health", "Castlight Health", "Paladina Health", and "VillageMD",  the Lamont-related Cayman Island partnerships, large Cayman Islands deals such as the "Horsebarn Hill Investment Fund" hiding in the UCONN Foundation,  and the numerous deals hidden through “quasi-public” organizations such as “Connecticut Innovations”.  Numerous Democrat State legislators have been caught in various illegal activities from DUI, harassment, lawmaking while drunk, stealing from Target and the infamous nonprofit scandals of the “Blue Hills Civic Association,” along with other myriad “nonprofit” organizations in the state.

Seeing this debacle in Connecticut, many see opportunities and a chance to right the world and bring positive change. But unfortunately, not the Connecticut Republican Party. As of the time of this writing, The Connecticut Republican Party still cannot find candidates for 31 Districts in the present election cycle, but was somehow able in three days to marshal a primary challenge in District 50 to Jadon E. MacCormack with seconds to spare for his remarks made several weeks ago on alternative lifestyles.  The Democrat Party was in full force condemning MacCormack's statements in shows of "bipartisanship". But there  is irony as the Connecticut Democrat Party supports Connecticut Taxpayer funded gender transition treatments for minors, inappropriate drag queen story hours for minors, and other assorted books that border on pornographic to be allowed in public and school libraries, while the Connecticut Republican Party reacts to each of these issues with a deafening silence as they attempt to shame those that disagree with them.  Aren’t decent conservative God-fearing people enjoined from disagreement with items that politicians endorse? And if so not allowed, then why are we prohibited if we live in a country that has free speech protected? Or is it free speech reserved for only those who agree with the Democrat Party and its assorted silent participants crying and thinking (Expletive)Trump?

But why bother? All that matters is the same 86-47. 86-47 has even gone so far as to be a coded threat to the President of the United States of America made by the former Director of the FBI, James Comey. Why is this acceptable and must not be criticized? After all it isn't is open game when it comes to the failed games of election year politics. 

Let's be real, the new Democrat Party and those enabling are playing this game by rules they have made up with no prisoners being held. You either agree or you are history to put it bluntly. Nothing else matters as far as they are concerned. But right now, it matters more than ever. 

Please do not ever let a Democrat or a politician dictate your morals or ethics to you. Because friends, we are at a point in history where our lives, and the future of the country, depend on it.

Connecticut: As 43% Of Citizens Have 80/20 Vision, Politicians Are Blind.

 Connecticut is an interesting case study in this election year as sentiments mirror the national perspective. In the examination of this perspective, two vastly different viewpoints are presented by voters. Somehow, 57% of these state voters agree with the current corrupted, tepid, and failed state-run economy while 43% are shouting out for some innovative ideas, actual ethical leadership with economic growth and reducing the current state debt of roughly $150 billion dollars that is not factored into the venerated “Fiscal Guardrails”.  The Connecticut Democrat Party with all of its corruption, ineptitude, incompetence, and economic and social failure continues its dictatorial hold on the state-run media and some citizens, with said leverage facilitated by your tax dollars via lager “Marketing, Media, and Public Relations” -expenditures in the state budget.  Meanwhile, the current race for Governor is shaping up to be a re-run of the last four debacle races that were bereft of boldness, principles, and innovative ideas that in the end, signified nothing.

And almost on cue every election cycle, we invariably see another mishandled public relations disaster by the Connecticut Republican Party that somehow misses the entire moral core of the argument. In 2022, the “Annie Lamont Goes To (abortion-restrictive) Nashville” ad campaign, Republican insiders laughed and slapped their knees at this obtuse joke poking ridicule at the Lamonts, while not caring that at least 43% of their voter base do not want to see babies killed in the womb https://hartfordbusiness.com/article/annies-in-nashville-lamonts-offhand-comment-now-in-stefanowski-ad/.  Fast forward to 2026, and we see Jadon MacCormick, a 23-year old man running for state office on his partially imperfect Christian beliefs, and rather than provide guidance and embrace those parts of the young man’s enthusiasm and family perspective that 43% of legitimate voters in their stable agree with, choose to submit him to a high-tech lynching where many established Republicans, rather than separating the wheat from the chaff, have agreed with child-abusing Democrats that Mr. MacCormick and all of his views need to be eradicated from the race, if not the face of the earth, as he does not represent "Connecticut Values". https://www.wtnh.com/news/connecticut/connecticut-leaders-denounce-gop-candidates-happy-straight-month-statement/amp/ . And once again, we see another Public Relations disaster brought to you courtesy of the Connecticut Republican Party. 

But in the endgame, what does all of that matter to the 43%? That 43% of those legally voting in the state faced with a dead economy, oppressive utility costs, excessive taxation, a lack of leadership and a morally-bankrupt state are so tired of this facade of posturing, and care only to the extent that they do want any more of the malfeasance and venality that represents both the Connecticut Democrat Party and its corrupted Governor Ned Lamont. These people have what is known in the political trade as “80/20” issue voters, focusing their energies on the items most important to their survival. And at the same time the never-ending issues of illegal drug use, destroyed and wrecked cities, massive crime, and violence along with a failed legal system are repeated by taxpayer-supported media reminding them that all of the ills of their world are all President Trump's fault and/or all due to Republican’s fault.

But for all of the established parties jousting about state corruption, all of it real, and none of it good as it reflects gross negligence, abuse, fraud, and omissions across both sides, What Connecticut officials had to say about latest Erin Stewart report, . The major and real economic issues in Connecticut conveniently omitted by these parties continue to be a lack of transparency in the Lamont Administration. Once again, where are the answers to the involvement of the Lamont's in   "Thermo Fisher Scientific", "Sema 4", " Core Infomatics", “Centrellis”. "Ocrulus", "Urjanet", "1life Healthcare", "Galileo Health", "Castlight Health", "Paladina Health", and "VillageMD",  the Lamont-related Cayman Island partnerships, large Cayman Islands deals such as the "Horsebarn Hill Investment Fund" hiding in the UCONN Foundation,  and the numerous deals hidden through “quasi-public” organizations such as “Connecticut Innovations”, all of which entities have been tracked to have a Lamont-family financial connection through some state-located municipality or nonprofit.  But state media tells us that all things are great! If the state is in such great economic shape, why does it have one of the highest tax rates in the country, one of the worst rankings for businesses, a departure of corporate businesses the size of a conga line and $150 billion dollars in short- and long-term debt along with unfunded liabilities? 

Query why there are two realities in Connecticut, being the one they want for you to believe, and the one that is actually happening in reality?

What else is the 43% of forgotten voters concerned about as opposed to endless strivings of politicians jamming their version of “Connecticut Values” down our throats? Their kids. Harm to their children. The real social issue in the state of Connecticut. The crisis of illegal drugs.   How many more years are needed to clean up the chronic flow of illegal and deadly drugs in the state? How many more human beings need to die from drug overdoses to say enough is enough? It is evident that politically connected operators close to state government benefit from this constant drug crisis by Connecticut Taxpayers monies being funneled to numerous "non-profit" agencies that are not taking care of this problem.  It is the same situation with domestic violence charities as the more funding there is, the more beatings there are. Indeed, these are the “Connecticut Values” that your taxpayer-paid state media chooses to hide from your view when you flick a switch for news.

What else is important to that 43%? Violence. Car theft and criminal retail theft abound in the state. Why must people fear for their lives to buy gasoline at night? Why can't criminals be convicted of their crimes and be taken off the streets? How many more murders in the Democrat Party strongholds of Bridgeport, New Haven, Hartford, and Waterbury need to happen before someone really starts to get tough with crime for the last time? Will it happen if a prominent Democrat Party family member is murdered in cold blood? Will the police officer that took the craven killer down be criminally charged? (Of course, this is a nonsensical question as police in Democrat-run Connecticut are not allowed to police anything whatsoever).

But there is a critical error in blaming only one party for this morass. The charade of this failed Connecticut Democrat Party should be brutally addressed every single day in this election by the Republican Party. We know it will not be, nor ever will be, until there is new and dedicated leadership for ethics to be restored to both parties. You see, the problem is Republican blindness. Republicans try to deal with this cancer on a political level trying to be liked and accepted. while Democrats are fighting a culture war against all things responsible and decent. If this fatally flawed approach will not change, then maybe it is really time for a set of logically, functional, and honest ideas/solutions and actions to be promoted by a new and legitimate third party. It would truly be a breath of fresh air in the confusion, smog, and sickening pollution that our current Connecticut Uniparty political system is mired in for this election.
