At What Point?

At what point, does the Connecticut Taxpayer call it quits with Connecticut, and in particular, the Connecticut Democrat Party?

 

At what point, does the Connecticut Taxpayer call it quits with Connecticut, and in particular, a complete lack of transparency and accountability in state government and a reluctance for any sort of effective change?

 

At what point, does the Connecticut Taxpayer call it quits with Connecticut, and in particular, the massive amount of crime and theft that occurs on a daily basis?

 

At what point, does the Connecticut Taxpayer call it quits with Connecticut, and in particular, its lies, deceptions, and fraud? 

At what point, does the Connecticut Taxpayer call it quits with Connecticut and in particular, paying taxes to support what is a massively corrupted state government? 

 

 

At what point, does the Connecticut Taxpayer call it quits with Connecticut, and with a minority party that always tries to be “acceptable” by the majority and state-run media, as opposed to one championing sound Republican and economic principles that are bearing great fruit in other states?

 

Connecticut state government has a large credibility problem. As much as current Democrat Governor Ned Lamont is trying to somehow hoist the blame on Republican Gubernatorial Candidate Ryan Fazio and President Trump for all the ills of Connecticut, Lamont's confusion is a superb example of his party's failures. I will remind all again that Ned Lamont and the Connecticut Democrat Party has raised taxes consistently since his first term in office. Ned Lamont and the Connecticut Democrat Party have been involved in numerous scandals including, (but not limited to), ballot fraud, fundraising fraud, non-profit fraud, lawmaking while drunk and driving while drunk crimes, larceny from tax-exempt organizations, sexual harassment, and contract fraud.

Readers well know the usual unanswered questions from Ned Lamont as to where his footsteps (and those of his spouse Annie Lamont) have taken them, but they bear repeating: Infosys Limited, Digital Currency Group and its affiliates, "ADVANCECT", Boston Consulting Group, UNITE US (CT), Mt. Sinai Genomics, "Thermo Fisher Scientific", "Sema 4", " Core Informatics", "Ocrulus", "Urjanet", "1life Healthcare", "Galileo Health", "Castlight Health", "Paladina Health", "4-CT", and "VillageMD ““The Horsebarn Hill Investment Fund”, McKinsey, “CT Next”, and the Tidal River Fund, “Baby Bonds” portfolio, the UCONN Foundation,-never an answer to his family's Hedge fund involvement in each.  This query would be an excellent question at the upcoming Governor's debate, but we know it will never be asked, as Republicans in Connecticut just don’t do things like that.

What about a Connecticut Taxpayer timeline for repayment from Democratic State Senator Douglas McCrory for his payoffs in the Blue Hills Civic Association debacle? I guess $15,000,000 is lost for good once again for Connecticut Taxpayers.

 

How about “People’s Champion” State Senator Martha Marx be forced to give account for her admitted act of vandalism in cutting the electric wires under her legislative seat in 2024? How about the state demanding repayment for the over $15,000 damage she caused? How about the Capitol Police showing courage for once and turning over the police report for this act of vandalism instead of playing “hide the ball” with it? How about Republicans calling for her accountability and arrest for this act as we still are within the criminal Statute of Limitations for this action? Great question. But we know it will never be asked, as Republicans in Connecticut just don’t do things like that.

 

How about a Democratic state senator being offered a seat on PURA in exchange to support Chairwoman Marissa Gillett’s reappointment. No big deal here, as Connecticut seems to a proving ground for the inept and incompetent.

Let us not forget the constant Bridgeport Democrat Party ballot fraud and the never-ending scam that it creates for "honest" elections. These "honest" elections are a focal point for incredible, ninth-inning-rally election victories for Connecticut Democrat Party candidates. 

 How about fixing the Connecticut State Colleges and Universities system, which is a free for all of deception and corruption? Just look at Chancellor Terrence Cheng who resigned following an investigation into questionable spending only to get some incoherent consulting contract. In addition, his interim successor, John Maduko, resigning over a sexual harassment complaint. Why are Connecticut's college students putting up with this corruption? Why aren’t sound fiscally responsible Republicans calling for a consolidation of the State Colleges and Universities under one administrative umbrella (as opposed to four?) But we know this will never be asked, as Republicans in Connecticut just don’t do things like that.

 

In education, don't forget the “essential,” no bid contract of $250,000 for Democrat Party hack, Miguel Cardona and his new report that says essentially that nothing to improve Connecticut's failing educational system. This would certainly stand to reason, for if Miguel Cardona turned in a report saying the system needed improvement, the first action item for said improvement, would be the removal of Miguel Cardona.

Last but least we have the “Greek Tragedy” drama of Kosta Diamantis, a man that apparently no one wants to believe as being the least bit truthful in his detailed descriptions of the corrupted Lamont administration. The never-ending saga of the Connecticut Democrat driven Connecticut cesspool never ceases to amaze those who toil in Connecticut and are forced to pay their taxes to support all of this corruption and deception.  Connecticut still has $100,000,000,000 to $150,000,000,000 billion dollars in short- and long-term debt along with unfunded liabilities and is adding to those debts daily without any revenue generation or plans for repayment https://hartfordbusiness.com/article/dodd-stadium-revamp-tops-66-4m-in-state-community-investment-fund-awards/  .  My readers know I have spoken about this for years. My best guess estimate is that 30% of this debt has been caused by all types of fraud. This fraud includes interest free (or 2% interest) loans to failed or nonexistent businesses, loans that are never paid back by these same failed or nonexistent businesses, overcharging by contractors in order to secure contracts that include paybacks to state officials, excessive padded state employee overtime payments that are also included in pension obligations,  state created jobs for former state politicians and the politically connected, along with the costs of illegal aliens in the state, among other things.  

Thus, this is the real situation in Connecticut and the real record that Ned Lamont and the Connecticut Democrat Party are running on. Lies, deception and fraud. Connecticut Taxpayers and voters are sick of it and have had enough. Change cannot come soon enough for this failed state of disrepair.

 

The Connecticut Democrat Party candidate does not deserve your vote at any level of government, federal, state, or local in this election. It is truly time for a real change in all facets of government, politics, and political party practices and methods in 2026. This, is indeed that point of inflection.

The Use of Incompetence As A Weapon: The Connecticut Democrat of 2026

I never cease to be amazed at the extensive problems that the Connecticut Democrat Party faces each week especially during election season. However, these problems are only seen through reporting by non-state-run media and citizen journalists.

It is amazing to see the mess that the Connecticut Democrat Party is in, and many will wonder why they are a majority party in the state. And like in the movie “Body Heat,” the Connecticut Democrat is incredibly skilled in using incompetence as a weapon.

Here is a list of issues that should be answered by Governor Ned Lamont and his Connecticut Democrat Party but will not be:

1. CONNECTICUT ILLEGAL ALIEN KILLS OHIOAN. (LAMONT: WHAT? ME WORRY?)

 

It was disclosed by Republican Ohio United States Senator Bernie Moreno that Connecticut has granted 60,000 drivers licenses to illegal aliens in an ostensible illegal “Motor Voter” effort, one of which killed 29-year-old Ohioan in a reckless driving accident this past week (https://www.moreno.senate.gov/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/Letter-to-Governor-Lamont.pdf.)  Senator Moreno blasted Governor Lamont in a justifiably scathing letter and demanded an answer as to why illegal aliens are given licenses, among other inferences to Lamont’s vacuous governance skills. Even though there is a fixed demand for answers by Sen. Moreno, there has been no response from Lamont and company. It is quite apparent that human life is not important to the Connecticut Democrat Party given their defense of illegal aliens, abortion full term, gender mutilation, and anti-victim stances in crimes. But as far as the Democrat world is concerned, the King has spoken, and the obeisant state-run media will not say another peep about it. (Once again, citizen, be damned).

2. NO WATER IN PUERTO RICO? KING NED, THE UNACCOUNTABLE, WILL HELP YOU.

 

However, no water for many in Waterbury? Suck it up, city residents. Democrat Party led Waterbury has massive issues with their water mains breaking constantly while they are supposedly upgrading their systems. Lamont has never commented on this debacle. However he stated, “We are standing by, Lamont  said. “We got the water companies ready to step in when asked to help with infrastructure. The Connecticut National Guard is ready to step up as needed. When asked, we are ready for that.” (https://www.wshu.org/connecticut-news/2026-09-03/ct-aid-puerto-rico-water-crisis). Maybe the Connecticut National Guard could be called into Democrat Party led Hartford and New Haven and attack crime and criminals that impacts the legal citizens who wish to live in those cities without fear of death by walking out of their houses at night. Maybe the four-star DOT crew that mismanaged the Oxford flooding disaster in 2024 can be brought in to send water to both Puerto Rico and Waterbury, as creating an excess of water is something they are good at.

But as is usual, Ned speaks, the state-paid media acts, his dutiful scriveners record, and this will be the last of what anyone has to say about it. For after all, “The Unaccountable” has spoken.

3. WHO NEEDS TIRES AND RIMS FOR YOUR CAR, ANYWAY?

 

 

If you wake up to go to work and see that your tires and rims are missing off your car in Democrat Party led Hartford and other surrounding Democrat Party led towns. “It’s been more than once it’s happened and they’ve taken my rear lights off my car before, it happens a lot around here,” Gladstone Hamblin of Hartford said. Hamblin woke up in the morning to find his car on the ground with the wheels missing. Security video showed three men unbolting the tires in a matter of minutes and wheeling them down the street. “It’s a problem for them. It’s a problem for us,” Jose Ventura of No Limit Auto Clinic said. Ventura runs the mechanic shop on Franklin Avenue, and he’s got high-quality security cameras monitoring his shop, while across the street a Mercedes sits up on milk crates, its wheels also missing. But as stated above, let us make sure those Connecticut National Guard troops avoid Hartford and are shipped out of state to help others, not Connecticut Taxpayers. Or let us call in the DOT Bridge Engineers to flood the streets of Hartford in an encore performance from 2024, so that these criminals can’t steal tires. Ridiculous, you say? The fact remains that if Lamont made such a proposal his dutiful state-run scriveners would report the same as fact with a straight face.

Again, The Unaccountable Has Spoken. (End of Story).

4. WHERE IS THE CASH? WHO THE HECK KNOWS? AND WHO CARES?

Who cares? Certainly not the Connecticut Democrat Party as a ripping 128-page audit has been released and Hartford Democrat State Senator Doug McCrory used the Blue Hills Civic Association to spend/waste $2.4 million of Connecticut Taxpayers monies that were given freely to organizations and nonprofits with no accountability.  This is a recurring pattern for the Connecticut Democrat Party and the out of control and should be abolished Department of Economic and Community Development. Many wonder why with this rip off of $2.4 million as to why McCrory and his well-provided associates and lady friends are not in jail. Meanwhile, one of the largest beneficiaries of the state grant funding refused to cooperate with the auditors entirely, citing the ongoing FBI investigation. Sonserae Cicero, who is being investigated because of her alleged relationship with McCrory, declined to turn over any records to auditors even though her companies, which operate under different versions of the name SHEBA, received $1.2 million through the Blue Hills Civic Association. “In response to document requests, legal counsel for Ms. Cicero indicated that, based on publicly available information suggesting a potential ongoing federal investigation into related matters, SHEBA would not provide any documents or information absent a legal obligation to do so,” the auditors wrote. Cicero did not respond to a phone call seeking comments for this story. The auditors noted that Cicero signed a contract that granted the state and its auditors access to the company’s records “upon request.” (https://ctmirror.org/2026/09/02/blue-hills-civic-association-audit/). To put a cherry on the sundae, the  should be abolished Connecticut Department of Community Economic Development worked hours to state the following; “Asked if DECD would pursue legal action to force SHEBA to open its books, spokesperson Jim Watson said, “DECD has taken all reasonable steps through available mechanisms to recover and/or hold any funding allocated to entities identified in the audits and will continue to evaluate whether any additional action is merited or likely to lead to the recovery of funds.”  I would understand that this means DECD will do nothing, as it normally does when it comes to accountability of its funds. As an aside, I will also understand that the state Republican contingent will not campaign on abolishing this putrid, incompetent, and wasteful agency despite the wishes of thousands of taxpayers wanting to see something (anything) resembling common sense and economic sanity in this fantastic incompetency land of one-party Democrat rule.

But the Gold Standard of Connecticut governance is blather rather than boldness, and acquiescence in the place of aggressiveness and who the hell cares about ordinary citizens, anyway?

 5. THE BEST $250,000 CONNECTICUT COULD EVER SPEND, IS FOR A REPORT THAT IS WRITTEN BY A FAILED HACK THAT WILL PRODUCE NO RESULTS WHATSOEVER.

 

Looking into the bid contract of Miguel Cardona's for his company, Cardona Solutions, LLC, one sees the great Democrat Party machine at work helping support political hacks, especially if they are down on their luck and need a few bucks.  This contract and Democrat Cardona's career was discussed by me and Tony De Angelo, this past Tuesday on the “94.9 Power Hour” (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zomxmKkPaMA). Connecticut Taxpayers spend enormous amounts of money on job formation, job creation, and job training already with little to no results, as Connecticut is a bottom five in many economic categories. This report will do nothing once again but waste more money in a state that has $100 to $150 billion dollars in short- and long-term debt along with unfunded liabilities. But who cares about any of that when there is always another taxpayer to overtax, and another borrowing and mandate to create in the Land Of Steady Failures?

Here are five areas for aggressive assault in the upcoming election for what has been a docile and obedient state Republican Party to date. All five items are related to an out-of-control, inept, and corrupted Connecticut Democrat Party. It is the record that it is running on and it is a record that it should lose the election on. Add to this mix an incompetent United States Senator Chris Murphy, walking/driving through the state condemning all things Republican and President Trump, while no Republican has been present to dog him continually along the way. Because if there were, Chris would lose what little mind he has defending his own party's corruption and ineptness for the five above-mentioned debacles, and the resulting meltdown would be a sight to behold.

 

Ned Lamont and his malfeasant political cronies should be prosecuted for their actions, and not be reelected. Meanwhile, the surviving Republicans in this state should dog Democrats every day fighting and dogging Democrats tooth and nail about these sickening failures. For Connecticut Taxpayers have had enough of Democrat fraud, incompetence, and callous indifference to the citizens of Connecticut and are waiting for someone (anyone) to finally turn the corner in putting an end to this sordid and sick saga.

What a mess Joe Biden is in. What a mess his functionally incompetent personal handlers are in. What a mess the Democrat Party is in. What a mess the United States border is in. What a mess the National Debt is. What a mess our military is in. What a mess inflation is in our economy. What a mess non-prosecuted criminals have made our streets, cities, and states to become. What a mess higher education is in our society. What a mess green energy has become in our economy. What a mess paid anti-Israel protestors have made for Jewish people in our country. What a mess fuel prices are. What a mess insurance prices are. What a mess China, Russia, Hamas, Iran and North Korea are creating for the world.
Yet, with all these messes, Joe Biden and the Democrat Party truly believe that their liberal/socialistic laws, policies and decrees are working. And all these illusions are sufficient for a now truly dysfunctional, aging, haggard, and mentally challenged Joe Biden to be re-elected for a second term in his current nonfunctional mental and physical state. In business, education, and in other governments, a person of his current condition would not be working or governing but would be signed into elder care. However, in the United States. this career politician, who has continually gamed his political influence for his family's financial gain through the years, is supposedly the best overall person in the country and his party to lead our country. Kindly recall that Joe Biden was the person who was to unite our country and to somehow preserve our democracy back in 2020. It was drilled into us by many in government and media that The Democrat Party was supposed to resolve so many issues in our country and our world after the purported Reign of Terror of President Donald Trump. We were to be much safer than we were under that supposedly evil, flag loving, non-woke man. And the phonograph machine cranked on. However, in true Saul Alinsky fashion, Biden lied. The Democrat Party lied. The state-controlled media lied. And many people died as the result of the last four years of this Biden machine.
Reality does not exist with Joe Biden, his handlers, and at all levels of the Democrat Party. The realities of forced liberal/socialistic laws, policies and decrees have failed our country miserably for the past four years and many finely working systems now hang by a thread. You are not better off than you were four years ago. Our National Debt exceeds any ability our country has to possibly pay it off by a wide amount. So, desperation and illusion become the norm to buy votes. Giveaway gimmicks are one such vehicle that Joe Biden and his serially incompetent Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona have employed by pretending to forgive student debt, but such schemes have lasted only as long as they have been found to be illegal by courts of law. Inflation has cost Americans any savings they had remaining in many cases as they try to pay for necessities such as food, housing, and transportation. Woke administrative and DEI policies are making our country a banana republic, especially with our military. The surrender of nine military bases in Afghanistan along with hundreds of millions of dollars in live military equipment and supplies only has re-energized terrorists throughout the world. Why were American lives lost in this debacle? These failures economically, socially, and militarily are the responsibility of Joe Biden and his handlers. They own the numerous crises that they have created. And they will be difficult to fix in the short run.
In addition, the ancestors of the now-persecuted Jewish people of America were often fond of saying that apples do not fall far from their trees. And a perfectly formed apple of the rotten Democrat tree is that of the State of Connecticut, being much like other Blue States. And what a laughingstock Connecticut has become. Recent National-newsworthy events in Connecticut include an ever-worsening state voting scandal, enabled Climate-change protestors marring a world-class major golf tournament, a state representative filmed while making an obscene gesture outside of President Trump’s home, and the murder of several state employees, (one a state trooper) on the state’s interstate highway system by impaired individuals. But rather than acknowledge these grave faults and taking steps to correct them, no acknowledgments are ever made by any Democrat in Connecticut government. Just like things are at the National level, Connecticut is on the Comeback Trail! Do you disagree? (In that case, you must be some sort of racist, right-wing nut, or conspiracy theorist filled with hate).
But real Americans are fed up with these same failed liberal/socialistic laws, policies and decrees that have done nothing whatsoever to improve our economy or society. If one disagrees with Joe Biden, his handlers and or the Democrat Party you are considered the enemy. Freedom of thought and speech are only for the Democrats. Don't forget the incendiary rhetoric Biden's "unifying speech" in 2022 and his condemnation of all things Trump, where he ineloquently barked that “MAGA Republicans have made their choice. They embrace anger. They thrive on chaos. They live not in the light of truth, but in the shadow of lies,” "They promote authoritarian leaders, and they fan the flames of political violence that are a threat to our personal rights, to the pursuit of justice, to the rule of law, to the very soul of this country."(https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/speeches-remarks/2022/09/01/remarks-by-president-bidenon-the-continued-battle-for-the-soul-of-the-nation/). And yet America was forced to suffer through a pathetic President trying to debate his challenger and make you want to vote for four more years of his insanity. You truly are not better off with Joe Biden, his handlers and or the Democrat Party. They will not compromise. They are a group of political elitists and extremists who rule through intimidation, brute force, and shaming.
This chapter of American history needs to end quickly, so that our country can survive yet another 248 years of freedoms. Our country truly will be lost, and possibly destroyed, if we follow the lost paths of Joe Biden, his handlers, his Blue State acolytes, and/or the Democrat Party.
