What Are The Solutions To The Connecticut Democrat Party's Economic Failures?

I look back at the last two years since the Covid-19 economic crisis was bestowed upon Connecticut and wonder what really happened?  I also look back at the last 30 years and wonder why Connecticut has regressed so badly economically and socially?   Years of  omnipotent one party rule of the Connecticut Democrat Party along with a feeble and timidity moderate Republican Party in many cases has helped to nurture Connecticut into a vast economic wasteland of high taxes, excessive laws and regulations, an arrogant and elitist state union work force, a political patronage system of Connecticut Taxpayer funded state jobs, excessive electric costs, secret "quasi public" agencies, a total lack of economic transparency and a general sense of economic Armageddon on a daily basis.  This year's election highlights how this same economic Armageddon is being talked up by the Connecticut Democrat Party as how great of an economic utopia Connecticut really is.  What economic world does the Connecticut Democrat Party live in?  And realistically what is the economic breaking point for Connecticut Taxpayers with runaway Democrat inflation, $5 a gallon for gas, $6 a gallon for home heating oil, state and local taxes anywhere and everywhere along with an even higher state diesel tax on July 1?

Connecticut is in an economic free for all due to the mountain of economic problems that have been created by the Connecticut Democrat Party over the years.  The cure all Connecticut state income tax has been a ticket to increase spending massively since its passage and has done little to stabilize Connecticut's economy.  Look at the state budget now.  Why is over $24 billion dollars being spent on a yearly basis in a state as small as Connecticut and with as few legal citizens that it has?  What are Connecticut Taxpayers getting for their money and their excessive taxes they are paying the state?  Connecticut's elected officials continue to avoid a real solution to the massive $150 billion dollars in short and long term debt, along with unfunded liabilities or in simpler terms the $62,500 plus of debt each legal Connecticut resident must be burdened with living in the state.  This along with the massive amount of corruption in state government should be the two defining issues in the Governor's race.  Sadly it is not.

For too long in Connecticut Taxpayers work around the clock to pay the taxes to support the economic debacle called state government.  With the precious few exceptions in the State House and State Senate, our elected officials are political puppets of the special interest groups that have elected them.  Look at the high property taxes in Bridgeport, New Have and Hartford.  Look at the crime, murders and lack of economic mobility in Bridgeport, New Haven and Hartford.

And look at who has run Bridgeport, New Haven and Hartford forever.

Thus can we offer any economic solutions to Connecticut's Democrat Party induced economic crisis?   What Connecticut really needs is an overhaul of its state government and massive privatization of state agencies and departments to create greater economic efficiencies in state government.  Since that will not happen as the sacred cow in Connecticut is public labor unions, then what are the alternatives?

First Connecticut needs to cut its bloated state budget.  Connecticut's government must learn to do more with less as Connecticut Taxpayers must with the runaway Democrat inflation they are dealing with.  As a start all state management employees should be instructed by the Governor that their budgets need to be cut by 10% immediately.  Figure it out, find a way and solution now.  Connecticut taxpayers are led to believe that these highly paid Commissioners and managers are the best and brightest in the state so they should be able to do this.  Or is it reality that these same Commissioners and managers are ill suited and unqualified to lead their departments as they are only political patronage jobs from both parties so that the donor can be rewarded for that big campaign donation and or no bid state contract?

Second every Connecticut state agency, associated non-profit, and "quasi public" needs a full forensic audit and public online document disclosure  from top to bottom.  A full accounting of every penny spent, every piece of equipment, every building and piece of real estate owned.  If items are missing find them and account for them.  See where money is being spent and wasted.  I can only imagine how much fraud and monetary losses this encompasses.

Third since Connecticut would be cutting the budget by over $2 billion dollars as a start with its 10% cut in every department, then $2 billion dollars in taxes need to be cut immediately.  Start with cutting taxes that will spur the most economic activity in the state to once again stimulate the economy that in turn creates more productive tax revenues.  And eliminate all corporate business tax subsidies and giveaways, including the failed Department of Economic and Community Development.  It has done little to nothing for the state economy other than to waste Connecticut taxpayers hard earned money and should be viewed as political payoffs especially for Ned Lamont's family hedge fund.

There are solutions to the Connecticut Party's economic failures over the past 30 years.  But the changes are severe and politically unpopular.  And the larger question that is never answered is why must Connecticut Taxpayers continue to support this malignant munificence upon a political ruling class that clearly has no ability to govern and represent the common citizens its supposedly represents?  Why must Connecticut Taxpayers support this year in and year out?  And where are the solutions being spoken by the minority party through this economic tsunami?  Think about this as you are forced to pay your mandated taxes to the State of Connecticut to support this incoherent and costly gibberish that is claimed as law.  It really is 1776 all over again.

More Questions With No Answers On Connecticut's Genome Profit Testing

My blog last week dealt with the costs and privacy issues of Sema-4's genome testing on Connecticut residents who have apparently been tested for Covid-19.  Last Tuesday Tony De Angelo who has a weekly radio spot with Lee Elci on WJJF 94.9 FM radio in New London, CT continued to question these issues with Ned Lamont, Sema-4,  payments to Sema-4, and genome testing.  Again this past week there has been deafening silence from the state run media and from both political parties on these severe breaches of continuing payments to Sema-4 and your medical privacy.  More payments were made this past week to Sema-4.  They include $2,905,575. on June 14, 2022 and $1,623,075 on June 15, 2022.  Prior to this $2.1 million dollars worth of payments were made to Sema-4 on April 30, 2022  after they supposedly quit all testing in the state in March 2022.  Sema-4 then received $6.6 million dollars in payments from April 30, 2022 to June 2, 2022.  Why all these payments?  Is Connecticut healthier now than before?  It does not seem so especially with all of the different Democrat Party related crisis Connecticut citizens must deal with such as infant formula shortages, rampant crime and theft, runaway inflation for food, businesses moving out of the state, a nursing shortage, runaway inflation for gasoline, diesel, and heating oil and high local/state taxes.

My questions that apparently will not get answered anytime soon are as follows as related to genome testing: How are all of these payments made possible with little evidence of purchase orders, work orders and why are the payments being made so quickly now?  One right after the other?  How many genome tests were done and to who in the state?  Were these state residents notified of these tests and in what manner?  How much were these tests costing Connecticut Taxpayers?  $250?  More?  Less? What do these tests prove and or disprove?  Again I thought a citizens medical information is private and was not being data mined to a company like Sema-4?  And why was this information so essential to the never ending Covid-19 crisis?  A crisis in which those who were most vulnerable were never protected by Governor Ned Lamont and his family's hedge fund workings or the state as seen by the amount of deaths in the states nursing and rehabilitation homes.

Government actions need to be questioned.  Especially in the case of genome testing and payments. Personally I no longer believe our government has its common citizens best interests in mind with the unyielding and omnipotent power government at all levels exhibits on its citizens.  The same citizens who toil endlessly in a maze of governmental bureaucracy, corrupt non profits and "quasi-publics", and incoherent laws, rules and regulations to satisfy the false narratives that government dictates.  Washington and Hartford is a quagmire of theft and deception whose only concern is personal political gain and profit.  It is beyond being a swamp.

I would again like to thank a common Connecticut citizen, Tony De Angelo, and the Lee Elci radio show for this investigative work in exposing this rape of personal freedoms in the state and rip off of Connecticut Taxpayers.

This issue will continue to be a defining issue on the Governors race.  Connecticut's government continues to be an unethical and incoherent debacle.  I guess lies are truth and truth are lies when it comes to genome testing and paying for them.  However one day truth will prevail again in our society.  It is 1776 all over again.

Democrat Connecticut-Where You Have No Medical Privacy Especially For Genome Testing

Why isn't our medical information private? Why is this information allowed to be shared with a company that has direct ties to Ned Lamont's families hedge fund?  Where are the actual contracts that allowed this to happen?  How much is it costing Connecticut Taxpayers for this supposed legal theft of personal information?

Tony De Angelo who has a weekly radio spot with Lee Elci on WJJF 94.9 FM radio in New London, CT was the first individual in the state to bring these issues with Ned Lamont, Sema-4, payments to Sema-4, and genome testing to light for the public.  I like to expand and bring this issue back into the public view of Connecticut Taxpayers and voters.   When reading Connecticut's state run media news reports one finds little to no information on this issue.  Why is that?  Fraud seems to have taken place, payments have been made to Sema-4 with apparently no paperwork involved, and amazingly once again Ned Lamont's family hedge fund has profited off the backs of Connecticut Taxpayers.

Why did Sema-4 receive a second no bid state contract for genome testing on Connecticut's children and other Connecticut citizens?  If one looks closely at the contract one would see that genome testing was taking place on any individual no matter age who tested positive for Covid-19.  The information on this was apparently then kept by Sema-4 and then sent to a database in Munich, Germany (this is considered the subcontractor in the work order).  Two purchase orders were issued by the State Public Health Department one for $688,500 and one for $500,000.  The time frame for these two purchase orders was September 28, 2021 for payments.  If one looks at the Connecticut record of payments made to vendors you can see that $2.1 million dollars worth of payments were made to Sema-4 on April 30, 2022  after they supposedly quit all testing in the state in March 2022.  Sema-4 then received $3.6 million dollars in payments from April 30, 2022 to June 2, 2022.  What were these payments for?  Were any purchase orders and or contracts issued for these payments?  There seems to be a massive amount of errors, back tracking, breaking of the contract, not breaking of the contract, why they were paid, where data went, where data did not go, and damage control to justify the additional $3.6 million dollars worth of payments that were made to Sema-4 on April 30, 2022  after they supposedly quit all testing in the state in March 2022.   However in my opinion it is impossible to both understand and to justify these payments other than Ned Lamont's family hedge fund has a financial interest in Sema-4 that obviously runs much deeper than Connecticut Taxpayers interests and ethics.

Also what happens when Ned Lamont loses the election for Governor?  How will Ned Lamont's family hedge fund continue to make money off of Connecticut Taxpayers?

The bigger question is why did this personal medical information on genome testing take place?  And why is this information now in some sort of database in Munich, Germany?  Who can see it and why must they see it?  Was the Covid-19 virus just a big experiment to gain profits for an elite few such as Sema-4 and Ned Lamont's family hedge fund?  I thought your personal medical information was private and not part of a vast socialist experiment by a ruthless political ruling class?  Sadly all of my questions and questions of many others continue to go unanswered.  I would like to thank a common Connecticut citizen, Tony De Angelo, and the Lee Elci radio show for this investigative work in exposing a horrific debacle of payments and testing that never should have happened nor been paid out.

This issue will be a defining issue on the Governors race.  Connecticut's government is an unethical and incoherent debacle.  It is 1776 all over again.

United States Senator Richard Blumenthal's Energy Crisis Has Crippled America

Democrat/Communist United States Senator Richard Blumenthal has to be constantly shocked at the current "polls" showing him in an unfavorable light for what he thought was going to be a runaway re-election and crowning of another six years of being a do-nothing Senator.  Democrat/Communist United States Senator Richard Blumenthal obviously must go on the offensive.  So what better subject to be upset about but the new energy crisis and high energy prices that Democrat/Communist United States Senator Richard Blumenthal along with Joe Biden and his corrupted company help to create in the name of "clean" energy which is not economically viable at this time.  Obviously Democrat/Communist United States Senator Richard Blumenthal was told by his handlers that somehow Connecticut voters were somewhat upset with gasoline prices of over $5 a gallon, diesel fuel at over $6 a gallon and home heating oil at over $6 a gallon.  Thus Democrat/Communist United States Senator Richard Blumenthal came to the rescue with a meaningless photo op press conference stating that he would get to the bottom of these high prices and save the day.  Unfortunately the day is long gone economically to be saved.

Does Democrat/Communist United States Senator Richard Blumenthal remember during President Trump's Administration that energy prices were much lower?  Does Democrat/Communist United States Senator Richard Blumenthal remember that during this time frame America was energy independent and exported energy to the rest of the world? Does Democrat/Communist United States Senator Richard Blumenthal remember the massive amounts of employment and economic growth that took place during this time frame?  Does Democrat/Communist United States Senator Richard Blumenthal remember surpluses in balance of payments in trade during this time?  Does Democrat/Communist United States Senator Richard Blumenthal remember how much overall economic growth took place in our economy right up to the planned pandemic his party helped to create?  To me it seems that Democrat/Communist United States Senator Richard Blumenthal has become very forgetful over the past 18 months of the current economic debacle his party has created.  Is it a sign of his age?

Thus another photo op, another press conference, more rhetoric, more song and dance routines, more excuses, more yelling, more stoic Senate hearings, more pictures in the press, and much more blaming everyone except himself and his corrupted Democrat Party for creating runaway inflation and the new planned energy crisis of 2022 when America was energy independent 18 months ago.  Democrat/Communist United States Senator Richard Blumenthal owns this issue and crisis.  He has failed miserably his state and country as United States Senator.  The price gouging is being done by himself and his corrupted Democrat Party.  He has lost the upcoming election.  He has failed our state and country.  It is 1776 all over again.
