When Will Connecticut Open Up Completely?

When will Connecticut open up again completely?
Will it be when the Lamont's have made enough money through their hedge fund and satisfied the web of companies they have invested in that have no bid contracts with the State of Connecticut?
Will it be when enough small businesses are permanently shut down so that large corporate chains and companies can take over in the state?
Will it be when Boston Consulting Group becomes a permanent vendor for the State of Connecticut with an open ended contract with unlimited Connecticut Taxpayers monies at their disposal to spend?
Will it be when every legal citizen of Connecticut gets tested for Covid-19 by a company that has investment ties with the Lamont's?
Will it be when every legal citizen of Connecticut is forced to use an app by a company that has investment ties with the Lamont's to trace every step they make 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year?
Will it be when the state's budget deficit increases to $10 billion dollars for the fiscal year?  $15 billion dollars for the fiscal year?
Will it be when Connecticut's short and long term debt along with its unfunded liabilities reach $200 billion dollars?  $250 billion dollars?
Will be when Connecticut has a 30% unemployment rate?  A 35% unemployment rate?
Will it be when the working middle class of the state no longer exists?
When will Connecticut open up again completely?
Connecticut Taxpayers no longer can get answers to their questions during this manufactured Covid-19 crisis from its non existent state legislature.  In a state that has a listed number of 3,570,514 legal citizens, there has been 4,338 deaths from Covid-19 as of July 7th.  That is a death rate of 0.00121495112%.  What is death rate from drug overdoses in our state?  What is death rate from cancer in our state?  Where is our State Public Health Commissioner discussing these figures?  Does Connecticut have a State Public Health Commissioner during this crisis or is it Boston Consulting Group?
The games being played by the Lamont Administration and the Connecticut Democrat Party continue to destroy the state's economy.  It is perfectly acceptable to have mass demonstrations that fit the Democrat Party agenda but large groups of weekly worship at churches are prohibited.
We see a total failure in our state government as far as leadership is concerned.  All we see is a massive profit grab by the politically connected.
When will Connecticut open up again completely?   I guess it will never fully open up so long as Ned Lamont rules the state.
