Connecticut's Hypocritical State Government. Democrats Own It

The Connecticut Democrat Party owns the state of Connecticut.  There is little room for free speech.  If one questions what the Connecticut Democrat Party does and or is doing one is branded as a radical or better yet shamed by the state's run media.  Connecticut has a very hypocritical and corrupted state government that Connecticut Taxpayers must support financially.  Hypocrites are seen everywhere in our state government and leadership no longer exists in our stale and false political system.

Theft especially car theft, crime and murder are rampant in Connecticut at this time.  The hypocritical Democrat Party led by Executive Order Governor Ned Lamont turns the other way when viewing this unchecked destruction of property and lives.  The hypocritical Democrat Party led by Executive Order Governor Ned Lamont has made crime a new business in the state while condemning Police Officers who are trying to uphold what little law is left in the state.  The hypocritical Democrat Party led by Executive Order Governor Ned Lamont has now created a shortage of Police Officers and other law enforcement officials.  Why would anyone in their right mind become a Police Officer in the state?  Why would anyone work in these hypocritical conditions?

The Groundhog Day type Covid-19 policies that have been enacted, changed, modified and dictated by the hypocritical Democrat Party led by Executive Order Governor Ned Lamont have done little for the state other than bring it to the verge of bankruptcy.  It did little for the over 9000 people who died from Covid-19 especially those who were trapped in nursing homes.  Connecticut contrary to what the hypocritical Democrat Party led by Executive Order Governor Ned Lamont states still has over $100 billion dollars in short and long term debt along with unfunded liabilities.  How many businesses actually went out of business during the never ending pandemic in the state?  Why isn't this information public knowledge?  How much in actual profits/cash did the Lamont's family hedge fund make in their businesses tied to the Covid-19 crisis? Why isn't this information public knowledge?  How many no bid inflated state contracts wee given out over the last 23 months to political allies of the Connecticut Democrat Party and the Lamont's family hedge fund? Why isn't this information public knowledge?  If the state is in such a crisis why is the Executive Order Governor vacationing in Florida?  Isn't this being a hypocrite?  Why is money paid to vendors for supposedly critical Covid-19 supplies lost, not recorded, has no delivery slips or paperwork and is paid for by the state?  Why is Covid-19 relief funds stolen and used for state employee pensions?  Is this hypocrisy?  Why is this type of theft "legalized" by the hypocritical Democrat Party led by Executive Order Governor Ned Lamont?

There is still an epidemic of suicides and drug over doses in the state that is hushed up by the hypocritical Democrat Party led by Executive Order Governor Ned Lamont.  Why isn't anything being done about this?  Could some of the hypocritical Democrat Party led by Executive Order Governor Ned Lamont draconian Covid-19 policies have contributed to this issue?

Contrary to how the state run media and its paid cheerleaders spin it the hypocritical Democrat Party led by Executive Order Governor Ned Lamont own the economic and moral debacle Connecticut has turned into due to their failed policies and failed leadership.  Year in and year out one party rule has brought Connecticut to its knees.  The hypocritical Democrat Party led by Executive Order Governor Ned Lamont have failed for years now.  They need in my opinion to either resign and or be impeached.  Failure should no longer be rewarded in the form of Connecticut Taxpayers paying state taxes and becoming indentured servants to this hypocrisy called state government.

Has Ned Lamont Abdicated His Governorship? I Think He Has.

The definition of abdicated is "to renounce or relinquish a throne, right, power, claim, responsibility, or the like, especially in a formal manner" (dictionary.com)

On September 28, 2021 Executive Order Governor Ned Lamont who just had his "emergency powers" extended by a Democrat controlled state legislature to February 13, 2022 had a press conference where he was answering Connecticut's state run media questions. He stated in reference to the Democrat led State Legislature “sometimes they abdicate. Sometimes they don’t want to vote and I have to stand up and make some decisions.”(wfsb.com). After making this remark not one member of Connecticut's state run media asked when this "abdication" occurred.  On what law or bill that came forward did they "abdicate" on-was it the Police Accountability Act that has helped to turn Connecticut into a criminal's paradise of unchecked car thefts, muggings and shootings/murders? Or maybe state take over of local zoning laws by the wife of the Mayor of Hartford in the name of racial diversity?  Or was it possibly an unconstitutional mandate that all public school children need to wear masks while in the classroom?  Could it have been the state budget just passed that allows Connecticut to have the highest Taxpayer debt in country at $62500 per person with $150 billion dollars in short and long term debt along with unfunded liabilities?   I am confused as to what did a non meeting non functional Democrat led State Legislature "abdicate" on?   And what were the decisions that Executive Order Governor Ned Lamont actually make because of this "abdication"?  Please explain Executive Order Governor Ned Lamont what decisions did you actually make?  Were the decisions based on helping your family's non Connecticut based hedge fund profitability and company ownership?  Was it yet another secret no bid Connecticut Taxpayer funded contract for one of your family's hedge fund based companies such as Sema-4?  Was it yet some unconstitutional mandate your consultants came up with so that your family's hedge fund can earn profit off of such as weekly Covid-19 testing?  Was it yet another unconstitutional mandate that made another Connecticut business go bankrupt?  Was it a new law that you created that will force Connecticut landlords to fill out even more bureaucratic paperwork in the guise that they may at some point in the future be paid for rent that has been legally owed to them for the past 19 months from delinquent tenants?  I am confused and I am sure many others are as to what were these tough decisions you made since there are few if any Covid-19 cases or deaths occurring in Connecticut any more.  Where is the crisis?   What is the problem you are addressing since you are certainly not addressing the real problems of crime, murders,  drug overdoses, suicides and the destruction of a generation of children in the state by the daily fear they must endure going to school.  And why are you literally the only state in the country that needs "Executive Orders" to govern in full violation of Connecticut's legal branches of government and the highly ignored state constitution.

Has Ned Lamont abdicated his Governorship on September 28, 2021?  I think he has and he is in my opinion one of the most corrupted Governors Connecticut has ever endured in its history.  Maybe the time has come for Connecticut Taxpayers to abdicate paying their taxes since Connecticut's legal elected government and their personal freedoms has ceased to exist for the past 19 months and counting.  Free Connecticut.

Connecticut Crime And Covid-More Of The Same

Connecticut crime and Covid.  Another week in Connecticut.

Therefore it was another week of stolen vehicles, shootings and the incessant drum beats of now the deadly "Delta" variant of Covid-19 will apparently kill all 3,300,000 people in Connecticut with ease unless we wear our germ infested masks and get vaccines.  It was more of the same preaching by the Connecticut Democrat Party and the state run media on we should not worry about being shot at or killed by habitual criminals even though this is happening, having our cars stolen by these same habitual criminals even though this is happening and by wearing a germ infested mask at all times so we may save our lives from the deadly "Delta" variant of Covid-19 even though we are vaccinated.  Wow what a great future to look forward to in our "Constitution" state of decay.  All because of years of one party rule by the omnipotent Connecticut Democrat Party and its enablers in the state run media.  And they do deserve the blame in many ways.

First why allow crime to run rampant in order to suffice a failed socialistic system of poverty that has been seen in Connecticut's major cities since the 1960's.  A lack of jobs in the cities, 4th generation welfare families, rampant theft and crime along with massive drug problems have led to the situation today.  We are supposed to believe that these same Connecticut Democrat Party led cities will become revitalized by allowing "legal" marijuana to be sold in these same crime ridden areas.  Isn't third and or fourth generation welfare cases and drug abusers enough to try a different way to better these areas?  No by selling drugs legally that will now some how wipe away years of Connecticut Democrat Party ineptness and horrific political rule.  These are the new jobs that these people are supposed to embrace and look forward to.  More drug violence and abuse.  Why are they allowing it to happen?

Second we apparently realize that natural immunity will never be allowed to eliminate Covid-19.  We must face the "facts" from "expert politicians" who demand full obedience to their decrees from the Connecticut Taxpayers that they rule with an iron fist.  Masks were supposed to solve these issues.  Now they don't, no wait now they do, no wait now they don't.  Vaccines were supposed to solve these issues.  Now they don't, no wait now they do, no wait now they don't.  I thought we had flattened the curve?  Did we or didn't we?  What is it then?  Does anyone know?  Obviously our medical system is ill equipped to handle a medical crisis thus it will be in your best interest to take care of your self at all times physically, mentally and emotionally.  Obviously Covid-19 is the only illness we are worried about and therefore apparently we no longer need to be concerned with any of the other illnesses that are present in our society.

Third we will no longer a Constitutional based representative type of government in Connecticut.  Our power hungry profit making Executive Order Governor Lamont and his hedge fund has had a field day at the expense of the Connecticut Taxpayer who has lost both personal freedoms, personal wealth and security.  All in the name of the miserable economically irrational fear based policies of our King who calls himself Governor.  More Covid-19 testing now for employees and students?  No problem as the King can funnel those tests through his hedge fund based company.  Need a another no bid state contract? No problem as the King can funnel those contracts through his hedge fund based company.  On and on and on.

Connecticut Taxpayers have had enough of Connecticut's crime, Covid-19 and its destructive political socialism that is ruining our state.  Maybe it is time for Connecticut Taxpayers to once and for all defund our state government and its failed policies.  Defund a "registration" for Connecticut's landlords who wish to be paid by its tenants for rent owed to them.  Defund no bid state contracts to the politically connected.  Defund corporate state welfare agencies and programs that do little for economic growth.  Defund bloated state employee salaries, benefits and pensions.  Defund the financing of corruption in our elections.

Free Connecticut.  Maybe just maybe the time is now.

Why Connecticut Taxpayers Must Live In Fear

Why Connecticut Taxpayers Must Live In Fear

Fear and control is the way of life here in Connecticut.

Connecticut Taxpayers must live their lives in fear here in Connecticut.

We must live in fear of the Covid-19 virus with all of its variants including the new “Delta” variant.

We must live in fear that even though people are vaccinated we are now still going to get Covid-19.

We must live in fear that if we do not wear a mask we will die from Covid-19.

We must live in fear that we will have our car stolen even though it is locked on our personal property.

We must live in fear that the same criminal who has stolen a car will end up killing us while we are minding our own business walking or doing some other activity.

We must live in fear that the same criminal will not be prosecuted for his or her crime.

We must live in fear that we will be shot at by a criminal who owns an illegal gun and the criminal will not be prosecuted for his or her crime.

We must live in fear that our homes will be broken into and the criminal will not be prosecuted for his or her crime.

We must live in fear that if we own a rental property that we rent we will never receive rent from the tenants nor be able to evict them for lack of rent payments.

We must live in fear that if we own a rental property that we rent the tenants who rent it can destroy our property and we are not able to do anything about it legally.

We must live in fear that we now can only receive one side of a story from a biased state run media who loves to keep its readers and viewers in a constant state of fear by their biased news reporting.

We must live in fear during an election because our votes will not count since most safeguards have been eliminated for a private vote, a one person one vote constitutional right is gone.

We must live in fear that if we question the unethical financial dealings of Governor Ned Lamont’s hedge fund therefore we are viewed as being radical and or extreme.

We must live in fear that if we question our corrupted Connecticut Democrat Party elected leaders therefore we are viewed as being radical and or extreme.

We must live in fear if we say we supported President Trump and his policies therefore we are viewed as being radical and or extreme.

We must live in fear if we say the election was stolen in 2020 therefore we are viewed as being radical and or extreme.

We must live in fear that when we state we hate socialism and communism therefore we are viewed as being radical and or extreme.

Fear is a powerful tool.  Our government at all levels has lost its credibility and ability to lead because of its narrative of fear.

I am tired of fear and I do not fear anything especially our corrupted government.  Maybe more people should follow this concept: Faith Over Fear.

Our government at all levels would take notice-watch how fast things change in our state and society and things would get back to normal.

The True Feelings Of The Connecticut Democrat Party- Why Doesn't Mr. Henryk Gudelski’s Life Matter?

Here is what one of the most powerful politicians in Connecticut stated on 7/7/2021
"Senate President Pro Tempore Martin Looney, D-New Haven, on Wednesday issued a statement accusing the GOP lawmakers of using the “tragic and painful event" in New Britain "to attempt to score political points in an effort to push failed, excessively punitive policies from the 80s and 90s."
He said Republicans have “lost all credibility on public safety” when they were “silent on the U.S. Capitol insurrection” and opposed funding gun violence prevention programs in cities and other urban aid initiatives.
Why hasn't Martin Looney resigned after making a statement like this?  Apparently his entire political career has always been to "score political points" in the crime ridden city he supposedly represents.
Martin Looney has zero credibility after making this statement-if one of his family members died like Mr. Henryk Gudelski did, murdered by a teenage car thief with thirteen prior convictions watch how fast the laws would change.
Why doesn't Mr. Henryk Gudelski’s life matter?
If one of Ned Lamont’s family members died like Mr. Henryk Gudelski did, murdered by a teenage car thief with thirteen prior convictions watch how fast the laws would change.
Why doesn't Mr. Henryk Gudelski’s life matter?
If any family members of any prominent Connecticut Democrat Party operative died like Mr. Henryk Gudelski did, murdered by a teenage car thief with thirteen prior convictions watch how fast the laws would change.
Why doesn't Mr. Henryk Gudelski’s life matter?

We see quite clearly the hypocrisy of the ruling Connecticut Democrat Party with the senseless death of Mr. Henryk Gudelski.  We see that we as law abiding Connecticut citizens and taxpayers we really have no rights.  The right of freedom of movement must be deemed unnecessary by an insane and inept judicial system that coddles criminals especially juveniles and disregards the law for innocent people.  Why must we live like this?  This failed socialist experiment continues to hurt and kill innocent people.  Crime and theft has not gone down nor does it have anything to do with “excessively punitive policies from the 80s and 90s” as our State Senator for life Martin Looney suggests.  I think it is really time for Connecticut to once again get tough on crime and criminals.  I think it is really time for law abiding Connecticut residents to be allowed to park their locked vehicles in their driveways without the fear of them being stolen or being shot at on their own private property by a criminal who has no business being there in the first place.
Once again we see in Connecticut that crime is a good deed, a felony is an achievement according to our Connecticut Democrat leaders such as State Senator Looney.
I again ask why doesn't Mr. Henryk Gudelski’s life matter?  Why?

Why You Are Not Safe In Connecticut Thanks To The Connecticut Democrat Party. Mr. Henryk Gudelski's Life Mattered.

You are no longer safe in Connecticut.  Much to the spin that the Connecticut Democrat Party places on the real truth of crime versus their lies.  The ongoing crime wave that is occurring in the state has been accented with the death of an innocent citizen who was jogging in New Britain by the recently arrested 17 year old male who stole a vehicle in Hartford crashed into the man-killed him and took off with his accomplice. Guess what-this same 17 year old male who stole the vehicle and killed this man has been arrested a mere 13 times in the past in the past three and one half years according to news and police reports.  Mr. Henryk Gudelsk was the innocent citizen who lived in New Britain and was murdered in my opinion by these two juvenile delinquents who never should have been on the streets in the first place.  Does Connecticut even have any more a Juvenile Justice System that protects the innocent victims of juvenile crimes?  How can Ned Lamont and the Connecticut Democrat Party justify their Police Accountability Law when something like this happens?  And then twist the facts that this becomes a talking point for the next election as crime really has not gone up even though it has and you really are  safe even walking the streets of your neighborhood.  More lies that they spread.
I wonder what would have happened if a prominent family member of the Connecticut Democrat Party was killed in this manner?  You can bet there would be a special session of the Legislature immediately called upon and tough laws would be implemented from this happening again.
Didn’t Mr. Henryk Gudelski’s life matter?  Where are the demonstrators at the 17 year olds house who killed him protesting and demanding justice for Mr. Henryk Gudelski's life?  Where is the outcry by the state run media in response to Mr. Henryk Gudelski's life being taken away in this manner by what amounts to being a career youth criminal that seems to have been encouraged to embrace a life of crime since no actions were taken against him to punish him in our criminal justice system.  Why was this allowed to happen?
This example and numerous others show that you are not safe in Connecticut due to the misguided anti-police laws and policies that are embraced by Ned Lamont and the Connecticut Democrat Party.
Why did Mr. Gudelski have to die?  Can someone explain that to me? I demand an answer.  And many others want to know too.

Wow This Is The Best Mediocre Connecticut Has To Offer?

This is the best mediocre Connecticut has to offer.  Mediocre is defined as “of moderate or low quality, value, ability, or performance: ordinary, so-so.”  In looking at Connecticut’s government and its lack of solutions it presents to its never ending array of both social and economic problems we can describe our government as mediocre at best, more likely as poorly run, inefficient and horrific most of the time.  Connecticut Taxpayers must support this on a daily basis.
This is the best mediocre Connecticut has to offer when we see the same failed policies being offered yet again in 2021.  The same mediocre tax and spend programs and policies that have not helped Connecticut for 31 years now since the enactment of the Utopian State Income Tax.  On the agenda this spring in its usual unread dumped onto the General Assembly at the last second fashion are laws to strip local control from local planning and zoning commissions, yet more “job retraining” programs, more tax incentives to politically connected businesses, new and higher taxes on “wealthy” taxpayers, consumption taxes on “wealthy” taxpayers, higher truck taxes that in turn create higher costs for anything trucked into the state, and elimination of legitimate elections and voting with ballot harvesting with House Joint Resolution No. 58.
This is the best mediocre Connecticut has to offer when we see $150 billion dollar in short and long term debt along with unfunded liabilities and no solution whatsoever is forthcoming out of our mediocre state government.
This is the best mediocre Connecticut has to offer when we see Connecticut having one of the highest tax rates in the country overall.  Thus the act of raising taxes yet again does nothing to address the tax issues that are prevalent in the state and are causing both citizens and businesses to move out on a daily basis.  I guess our mediocre state government feels that higher taxes will resolve all of the state’s problems as it has done for 31 years now.
This is the best mediocre Connecticut has to offer when we see the Lamont’s family hedge fund profiting from the Covid-19 crisis and there is silence from the state run media on it.  And it is supposed to be legal using Connecticut Taxpayers monies for personal financial gain.  Metrics, rules, guidelines all change by the hour in Lamont's quest to destroy the state economically in the guise of saving ourselves from Covid-19.  Brave private citizens such as Tony DeAngelo and several others daily question what this Administration is doing in this state with real facts and figures.  The silence from our mediocre government is sickening.
This is the best mediocre Connecticut has to offer when we see rampant crime taking place with a massive amount of car thefts and crime taking place on a daily basis.  The Police Accountability bill made all Connecticut Taxpayers less safe and much more subjected to criminals and crime.  It makes all drivers have to pay much higher car and truck insurance costs to offset the massive amount of losses from this.  I wonder how quickly this law would be amended if and when a prominent member of the Connecticut Democrat Party vehicle gets stolen from their property.  Crime does pay well here in Connecticut if you are a thief.
Thus I am to assume that this is the best mediocre Connecticut has to offer.  If this was private industry those responsible for these failed decisions of the past 31 would be rewarded by being fired from their jobs.  Here in Connecticut they are rewarded with even higher paying jobs state jobs and positions along with higher pensions incomprehensible in private industry.
Wow this is the best mediocre Connecticut has to offer.  And has offered since 1990.  And probably will still be offering in 2090.  Free Connecticut from this morass of incompetency and failure that is our mediocre state government.

2 + 2 = 5 In Connecticut?

Does 2 + 2 = 5 in Connecticut?  I assume it does after all of the issues this state has.  I have written about many of these problem areas over the years however I am starting to believe that both little will be done about them and that Connecticut Taxpayers have no say whatsoever in how their tax monies are spent and wasted on a daily basis.
2 + 2 = 5 when looking at the past year and now never ending Executive Order Governor Lamont’s draconian measures all in the name of profits for his off shore hedge fund, no bid contracts and a socialistic iron fisted rule that has eliminated personal and economic freedoms in the state.  We are shamed on a daily basis to wear our masks and get our vaccines in a way that reminds me of sheep being led to a slaughter.  When one questions these “mandates” and “executive orders” many “experts” are quick to pounce on it by stating you are wrong and will die if you do not follow these “new rules”.  There is also no mention whatsoever to the large increases in drug use, drug overdoses and suicides in the state.  Amazing isn’t it?
2 + 2 = 5 when examining $150 billion dollars in short and long term debt along with unfunded liabilities that Connecticut has.  Massive state employee benefits, salaries and pensions well above national averages help to contribute to this issue.  But we all know here in our state that Connecticut Taxpayers pay their taxes to help support this excessive and exorbitant spending in these areas.  There can be no reform and or cuts to this area due to economically unsustainable contracts that were given to these state employees while at the same time state management employees are joining unions for their own big payday of yet even higher salaries.  How is this possible when Connecticut has the second highest taxes in the country, third highest property taxes in the country and ranks near last or last in most economic and business friendly categories?  Thus we have a poorly run bloated state government that is heavily reliant upon “consulting groups”.  And those same “consulting groups” make recommendations that can’t be used in the state to make it more efficient and to save money since it is not allowed due to state government workers bargaining agreements.  Amazing isn’t it?
2 + 2 = 5 when trying to comprehend a bill that was passed last year which makes our homes and streets much less safe and much more susceptible to crime and theft.  We are currently experiencing a rash of car thefts, young thieves are stealing cars at an incredible rate.  Gangs go around and steal whatever cars they are able to.   The Police Accountability bill that was passed by our one Democrat Party rule in Hartford ties the hands of law enforcement officials when dealing with these thefts.  Why was this bill/law passed that only hurts law abiding Connecticut Taxpayers and enriches thieves and their crime and makes police officers jobs more difficult?  Amazing isn’t it?
2 + 2 = 5 when ethics in government is a corrupted government.   2 + 2 = 5 when debt is surplus.  2 + 2 = 5 when the second highest taxes in the country represent economic prosperity and economic freedom.  2 + 2 = 5 when crime and theft are acceptable and given as law.  2 + 2 = 5 when thieves are now model citizens.  2 + 2 = 5 when elections are now six month events.  2 + 2 = 5 is now Connecticut.  Amazing isn’t it?

How Bad Can Connecticut's Legislation Get?

How bad can Connecticut's Legislation get?  Apparently the worse is yet to come with some current bills being introduced in this current session.

I really thought we saw it all last year with the debacle of a "Police Accountability" law that has made Connecticut unsafe with massive amounts of car thefts and robberies in broad daylight.  Crime runs rampant in our state thanks to this bill.  Or maybe the "Paid Family Leave Act" that taxes many who work a 1/2 of percent of their income that will somehow pay for many weeks off of paid leave in 2022 for those who will get this paid time off for not working.  The oversight to this law and its requirements astound me as to how it can remain solvent over the next few years.  Or maybe its the liberal green "Transportation and Climate Initiative" that will be implementing a plan to cut greenhouse gas emissions from the transportation sector, that includes you guess it higher gasoline taxes.  Or as Ned Lamont and his consultants have stated only a "nickel" a gallon will be the increase.  Says who?  And how will this "help" Connecticut other than eliminate more jobs and cause more businesses to close and or move out of state.

This session we have to deal with the usual Connecticut Democrat Party draconian increases in taxes via laws that would include higher income tax rates, a statewide property tax on "mansions" that are worth  $430,000 or more, much higher capital gains taxes and the usual highway tolls.   Want to work?  Not in Connecticut as Connecticut public employee unions want new powers to pressure state and local government employees to join and pay them.  They are demanding workers private information obviously so that they can contact them everywhere and anywhere and pressure them to pay dues.   This is SB908.  Do you want private health insurance?  Many Connecticut Democrats don't want you to have that as seen in a "public option" healthcare plan found in SB22 and a state run "single payer" healthcare system found in SB842.  No more local town/city planning and zoning decisions as the state's politically correct forces will eliminate decisions made on a local level and transfer them to the state in the guise of affordable housing, multi-unit residential buildings, sewerage systems, housing authority jurisdiction, training for certain municipal officials involved in planning and zoning decisions and compliance with municipal zoning regulations found in SB804.  Have you heard enough yet?

Connecticut's bad legislation is getting worse with the constant omnipotent one party rule of the Connecticut Democrat Party.  High taxes, an Executive Order Governor, and one party rule all help Connecticut to continue its road to economic and personal ruin.  These bills help to nurture its demise.  I have had enough of it.

Why are we eliminating Police Forces in Connecticut?

I wonder why the Connecticut Democrat Party wants to eliminate our police forces in Connecticut?  Is it because we are too safe now?  Is it because there are no more crimes?  Is it because there is no more domestic violence?  Is it because there are no more shootings with illegal guns and weapons?  Is it because there are no more car thefts in Connecticut by gangs of youth and career criminals?  Is it because we are now going to police ourselves through open carry laws in Connecticut?  Is it because our court system in the state will actually prosecute criminals and impose jail terms to fit the crimes?  Is it because the "early release " program is going to be eliminated? Is it because "An Act Concerning Police Accountability,” House Bill 6004, will somehow somehow eliminate all bad cops (if there are any in the state) and eliminate the need for police?  Is it because Connecticut has just shifted the economic burdens of police forces to cities and towns by the removal of necessary qualified immunity for officers? Is it because now the massive costs to be shouldered by cities and towns will in effect make employing police forces cost prohibitive and thus eliminate them?
I wonder why the Connecticut Democrat Party wants to eliminate our police forces in Connecticut?   What did the different city and town police forces do to the Connecticut Democrat Party?  Enforce laws to those who were breaking the law?  Enforce laws that guarantee your right to ownership of your own personal property?  Enforce laws that allow you the freedom to work at your own business under protection from theft and violence?  Enforce laws that eliminate child abuse, child kidnapping and child molestation?  Enforce laws that protect the innocent from exploitation?
Why are our police forces in Connecticut so bad for trying to protect innocent law abiding citizens?  We supposedly have the toughest gun laws in Connecticut thus why are there still many shootings and deaths in Connecticut's Democrat controlled cities such as Bridgeport, New Haven and Hartford?  Is it somehow because of police accountability?  It seems never to be due to personal responsibility of the illegal gun owner shooting another victim.  It seems never to be because of the constant illegal drug war that our police forces must battle on a daily basis.
No it is because we must be force fed another bad piece of Connecticut Democrat Party legislation that further erodes the personal freedoms of law abiding state citizens while helping to nurture and placate distorted Democrat liberalism that continues to fail Connecticut on a daily basis.
This bill says it all.  One must be in wonder why with the Connecticut Democrat Party induced economic depression from Covid-19 that this is the most pressing issue in the state today?
One must be in wonder also what the Connecticut Democrat Party plan is to pay off the state's $145 billion dollars in short and long term debt along with its unfunded liabilities?  More importantly one must wonder who in their right mind would want to become a Police Officer in the state after this morally bankrupt House Bill 6004 passed during the middle of the night with little debate and will be once again shoved down the throats of the law abiding citizens and taxpayers of the state?
I wonder why the Connecticut Democrat Party wants to eliminate our police forces in Connecticut?  Who is going to personally protect us now?
The silence is deafening once again.
