The US economy it is imploding
Debt roaring, credit slowin’
You’re old enough to charge, but not for votin’
You don’t believe in debt, but what’s that card you’re holdin’
And even the Louisiana Coast has oil floatin’

But you said to me
Over and over and over again
You don’t believe
We’re on the Eve of Economic Annihilation

Don’t you understand economics?
Can’t you feel the taxes that are coming?
If the vote passes, there is no debate
No one will be working, with the world in debt
Take a look at governmental spending, it will sicken you today

Yeah, my fiat money is so worthless it is play money
I’m running away from the banking system
I am sick of the political economic liars in Washington
And Tea Parties alone can’t bring change fast enough
When taxpayer respect is non existent
This economy and administration knows no economics or respect

Think of all of the hate there is by our elected officials
Then look around in our world
You can leave for greener economic pastures
But they no longer exist
The usual cries of tax and spend are deafening
But we are no longer listenin’
